Burger King in Brampton

“At BCC in search of a lighter meal we were ready to split a no burger meal, but found this deal which was perhaps cheaper for two burger deals (you get a smaller burger, small fries and a small drink). Requested the staff to avoid cross contamination and the staff was vegetarian she confirmed it will be OK.

Requested the burger with no mayo and no cheese to make it vegan. The burger was a bit under cooked for us, but otherwise good. The toppings plenty and ketchup and mustard as well. The fries were fresh and hot and nicely seasoned.

The service was good and staff were cheerful in spite of being busy. Good value specially these days.“

It was my little girl’s birthday and several of the staff wished her happy birthday and the manager even paid for her happy meal - which was extremely kind. We were treated like royalty! This is not the first time I’ve been to this location and had this kind of service.“

However, the French fries seem to need some repairs.
There are too many salt chunks soaked in oil, so you have to shake off the salt before eating.“

“Listen, I showed up right after they opened on a Thursday so I can't speak for any other day but I was the only customer and all my food was fresh and amazing. Judging from the reviews on this location you don't wanna gi on certain days at certain times. But I assure you; 10am on a Thursday your food will be hot and fresh lol“

“I stopped to visited this place as long drive thru waiting and the staff always took ages to gitake orders and handling food . The lady in the front they had always slow and rude name poly . I was surprised last week there was a new guy after speaking to him we gotta knew he is new store manager on this location . He greeted us with smile and service was outstanding , food was fresh .he was helping his team here and there . Good job guys this guy knows customer service .“
