“I had a really great experience at Burger King, especially considering we came in with a large group of over 20 people. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Even though a section of the dining area had just been cleaned and was closed off, they kindly allowed us to use it so we could all sit together, which we really appreciated. Despite the size of our group, everything was handled in a timely and organized manner. The staff maintained clear communication throughout, ensuring orders were taken and delivered smoothly without confusion. What stood out the most was their positive attitude and strong customer service, even under the pressure of serving such a large group.

The food is 10/10
Service is 10/10 especially the two girls in the drive-thru. Last time I was starving and the only option was drive-thru, I didn't had a car but still they took my order.
This time they welcomed me with a warm smile and I specially went to ask their name, Zenus and Vanika. Thank you so much for your efforts will be back again for them and the food ☺️😍“

“I live at bristol and hurontario and I went for lunch with my mom and we were so impressed first with how clean and well kept this location is, the friendly service and how amazing the way Burger King serves their burgers now. I love, and I mean love that the burgers are in boxes now, and how once you open the box that the burger is wrapped with paper so very neatly to hold it without being messy.
GREAT JOB ! And GREAT IMPROVEMENT! Also, these are what you called burgers they are great in size, not like other places they are so small and u pay so much. Burger King burgers are a meal and you get your moneys worth. You guys are great, don’t change.

“Had such a great experience at the Burger King in Square One! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Even though it was busy, they took my order quickly and with a smile. “Food served hot, chicken fries were overcooked & a little dry, whopper was good, French fries were fresh, crisp and "much better than McDonald's" as per 3yr, 6yr, 8yr twins!If they had a toy with their kids meals it would have been a full 10/10!

Vegetarian options: For fast food you did have a few options, they have side salad, mozzarella sticks, French fries, poutine, apple pie and impossible burgers! (Meat free)

Parking: LOT'S of free parking! Large parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly! They gave all the children (4) free BK Crowns and it wasn't even their birthday! Friendly staffing!

“Phoebe made my Uber delivery pickup way more entertaining than expected 😂

Instead of the usual quick handoff, she started talking in this super childish, playful voice while confirming the order. At first I was confused, but then it turned into one of those moments where you can’t help but laugh. It definitely made the whole pickup feel less routine and more memorable.

The order was ready on time and everything went smoothly, but the unexpected humor was the highlight. Small moment, big laughs. Thanks for making an ordinary delivery pickup surprisingly fun! 😄“
