We've been here a few times for Tuesday night karaoke.Chrissy always gives top notch service... the first time we returned she remembered us and our drinks, and we felt like regulars.Great atmosphere, lives up to its TV namesake.Any apps and munchies we've ordered have always been delicious!

Howdy.... arrived at Cheers and Jam Club to celebrate my buddy's birthday last Thursday night, Dec. 21st. I had an absolutely amazing time. The place was so packed I had to park way at the back. After parking, thought I might have to call a cab to get back to the entrance way up at the front again....lol. The staff and service was great.... met so many great folks and saw so many old friends again. ...atmosphere was amazing.....everyone having a great time and friendly staff working hard. I will definitely go again. Thank you for an amazing night ... was great to perform on stage with so many great musicians. Cheers

I will never go back to that horrible place again. Because they kicked a girl out that we were with. Because a biker in the bar didn't like her because she stood him up. So they catered to the biker instead of the customers. And then because I stood up for the girl everybody wanted to fight me. Is horrible place

We planned a party, and Cheers definitely provided a good atmosphere with the staffs hospitality, and huge fan of kereoke. If I'm back in borden I'll more than likely come back.

Great little dive bar, Karaoke there was pretty fun.Servers were friendly and quick to get us drinks. I haven't eaten there yet.
Came for Karaoke. The blonde waitress was extremely rude and accused of having 1 extra beer and and extra whiskey for my wife. I am 55 years old and have to drive back to Toronto. Under no circumstances would I ever ever order more than 2 beers. My wife is 5ft tall and had 3 whiskeys yet the the waitress accused my wife going to the bar to also order a drink. The waitress said her locals have never done ylthis and called us outsiders. My friend and his wife was also accused of having an extra drink. We go to Karaoke for over ten years at hundreds of bars and have never encountered this. The waitress accused of of being liars and even though I was very upset knowing what I did wasn't wrong. We will never ever go to this establishment ever again. There are many better Karaoke bars in Barrie. The rudest waitress I have ever encountered and she had absolutely no skills and should be fired. We are telling all our friends what happened. We came out of the bar feeling like we had done something wrong. The other waitress also accused us and this is very concerning. I know nothing will be done. We will be going to the Canadian Brewhouse and will tell everyone about our horrible unnecessary experience. The waitress made us out to be liars and never again unless management can make it right.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. We are from out of town visiting and I came in at 7pm to have dinner tonight with my husband and two daughters. We ordered our meals and waited to watch the leafs game to start. A few other people came in about 20 minutes after us. At 8:30 we were still waiting for our meals. The waitress, Heather apologized profusely for our wait saying the kitchen was backed up due to a Christmas party. The next thing you know the people who came in 20 minutes after us got their food delivered to their table. Another 10 minutes goes by and Heather decides to check with the kitchen for how much longer our meals would be. The kitchen staff informed her it wouldn’t be ready until 10pm!!!! 10pm?!?!?! Are you kidding me? 3 hours after we order our meals it would be ready??? Absolutely horrific service. We will NEVER return. Best of luck ever keeping your company in business with service like that lol

Was amazed at how much they over serve their customers and watch them leave and drive home. Crowd is a bit to old for my liking. Basically an older drunk crowd that goes there at night.
