I usually don't write reviews for fast food places. General Chick-fil-A general has great customer service, but this location went above and beyond. They take care of you here. I was walking to the line to get a refill from a lady named Maranda caught me and asked if I wanted a refill and serviced it to me where I was dining. One of the employees gave me baby food for my daughter. I haven't had customer service like this in a long time, especially in a place where you don't expect it.

I recently was at the restaurant and the fries are under cooked! I ask for my waffle fries crispy, they came out undercooked. I gave them back to the girl and asked for them to be cooked she said that’s the way there cooked! I asked to speak with manager the manager told me that fryers are set at certain temperature and cannot be changed! I have been to chick-fil in Barrie & Vaughan and waffle fries are undercook! Chick-fil-a in the US is so much better! Customer Service is so much better!

First time going to Chick-fil-A and I'm happy it was at this location! The cashier was very friendly, I told her I've never tried Chick-fil-A and she threw in one of every sauce in my bag ☺️ the service was fast & accurate and the food was delicious/fresh! Hope it stays this way because you don't see that type of service at many fast food joints anymore! ??

Tried it for the first time today. Even though the store was busy we were served in a timely manner, the food was ready quickly and was pretty good. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Wife and I recently had lunch here this past Monday. We've always loved Chick-fil-A for it's food and the quality is always consistent no matter the location.
This recent visit here, there was a new young gentlemen being trained and he must have misheard us but instead of chicken sandwich, we received grilled nuggets when it arrived at our table. When I went to have it corrected, staff and management were overwhelmingly accommodating and apologetic (it was okay, we weren't upset at all). As we were waiting for our corrected chicken sandwich, several other staff were very attentive and asked if we needed anything else.
Service here is exceptionally great, nothing like I've ever seen before at ANY other restaurant I've been to - from high-end to fast foods. We're very impressed with all of the staff and management here. Well done.
I’ve had multiple orders made wrong from chick fil a sometimes they’ll forget things, i’ve worked fast food before and it’s not that hard to read the receipt and make sure everything is in the order, i also just ordered food for delivery and i was supposed to get chick fil a sauce with it and i got none and there was also no napkins in the bag it seems like it’s common sense to put napkins in the bag but common sense isnt very common any more i love the food but the people working there need to do better when it comes to customer satisfaction
