The poor rating is mostly do to high cost for a mediocre product. Service is excellent and food came out nice and fresh. Portions are extremely small. If one is looking for an amazing sandwich Chen Chen or Dave’s chicken in Toronto is a must try.

Tried it out yesterday, staff were fantastic, friendly and even came over to help throw out the finished food! Really clean and top notch fast service with fresh food. You can really tell the chickens not frozen. Will be back at this location!

It's time for every fast food restaurant owner to watch the experience at a chick fil A. Their prices are comparable to all other restaurants except here the food is just the start. Koodoos to the staff at the Barrie location, I've never been treated better.

Not sure what all the hype was on this location opening but we certainly won’t go again. Chicken Berger was bland and really did not like their fries. Soggy waffle fries. Too many better choices in town.
I dont get the hype... chicken was okay... if not boring... got tenders as well trying out a few things... just overall not worth the money and small portions for the price. No reason to go back

Extremely impressed with the level of customer service. First time going there and will Absolutely return. Cobb salad was delicious, my son devoured his nuggets, husband loved his sandwich.

This restaurant is my favourite!!! I would drive to Toronto for my birthday to eatchick-fa-a but now it’s in Barrie!!!! Food is delicious and such wonderful price! The service is so sweet and absolutely amazing! The look of this chick-fa-a is just perfect and beautiful!!!!!!!!! I love the silly and cute design!Dietary restrictions: They have a whole board to show you under I believe it was 25 calories!Parking: Lots of parking spots! It’s amazing ?Kid-friendliness: Lots of possible options for younger kids and honestly people of all age!

Food is okay but the last time I was there they messed up my order by adding a few extra sandwiches and charging me for them. I didn't really think much of it but I clearly said I only wanted one sandwich and they gave me 3 instead and those things ain't cheap!

Chick Fil A. It’s the new standard in fast food in the area. Always fresh / hot and awesome ! This store really strives to make sure your order is perfect and it shows. Staff are friendly and service is fast. Sometimes it’s packed - and that’s for a reason. Shakes are incredible. Some of the best anywhere. Closed Sundays. If you’ve never been check it out. The classic chicken sandwich / waffle fries and Chick Fil A sauce are the go to for this guy. My kid loves the chicken strips….all of it is good on the menu. 16 for the combo with a shake. Around 13 for a regular pop version. The only thing we are missing here versus our US cousins is the morning breakfast buttermilk chicken biscuits. Those things will give you a new religion.Parking: Located at the corner of the Georgian Mall - there is plenty of free parking.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. And if you have your hands full with a herd of tricycle motors in tow - they deliver to your table. Easy stuff.
