The customer service is so good, they really make you feel like family here. Love getting my American sweet tea craving satisfied. Today they had thier 1 year anniversary. Joe and the team there made it the best of experiences for my 3 year old, complimentsry cake and games just added to the overall enjoyment of the delicious food. I highly recommend coming here over and over again.

I cannot recommend this store enough! The workers are all so polite, not just customer service polite but far beyond that. I had an amazing experience when I realized that their charge didn’t go through so I turned back to go pay and they completely waived it, thanked me for coming back, wrote me a sweet card saying thank you, and even gave me a cookie!
