East Side Mario's offers a pleasant dining experience with attentive servers who ensure prompt and correct food service. The restaurant is well-known for its delicious Italian wedding soup, which is highly recommended. The garlic home loaf is a popular side that many enjoy. Customers have appreciated the quick service, especially for takeout orders that arrive still warm and tasty after a short drive. The staff, including helpful and friendly team members, often go above and beyond, making guests feel welcome—such as giving a birthday card with a free kids meal for celebrations. Although some customers noted occasional waiting times to place initial drink orders, staff members like Piyush handle issues professionally and make guests feel attended to. The restaurant offers vegetarian options that are tasty and well-liked, and it is accessible for wheelchair users. Parking is conveniently located across from Georgian Mall. The atmosphere is kid-friendly, with friendly staff offering treats like ice cream, making it a great place for families. Employees like Kennedy, Olivia, and Ranya bring positive energy and friendliness, making each visit enjoyable. Recent reviews highlight the excellent service of Olivia, who managed a staff Christmas party of about 30 people without mistakes, and Ranya, who provided friendly and prompt service during a visit. Guests also enjoyed dishes like Chicken and Shrimp Scampi, Linguine, and Spaghetti Primavera, with attentive servers and a bright, inviting atmosphere. Overall, East Side Mario's continues to serve delicious food and provides a welcoming environment for all guests.
