It was our first time ordering from Cocelli’s and we were so impressed! We ordered 2 pizzas and wings and everything was fantastic. Both pizzas loaded with fresh toppings, flavourful dough & sauce and cooked perfectly. The wings were phenomenal and a good size. We placed the order online and encountered no issues. The delivery man who brought us our order was super polite and friendly. I was skeptical based on negative reviews but this place checks all the boxes and gets a 5-star rating. Our new go-to pizza place without a doubt.

Asked for the toppings to be placed on top of the extra cheese, this way my pepperoni, pineapple, hot Italian sausage and hot banana peppers cook properly. Unfortunately they can follow simple direction and the extra cheese was put on top. Hello people they are called toppings for a reason!!!!!!!!!! They go on TOP!!!!!

This pizza is unreal. We get pizza probably once a month and lately we’ve been trying a new place every time because we can’t find one we like. I think this is gonna be our place. I regret not taking a pic of the pizzas because they looked soooooo good. Highly recommend.

Placed online delivery order, after an hour and a half I called asking where my food is. Was told there system went down, and hung up on me. I called back, they said it was on its way. 1/2 hour later, (And I am staying at hotel around the corner), no food. I call back again, was told same thing, system was down, got disconnected. I called back they asked me for my info. Gave it too them, they said it was already made and was sitting waiting for pick-up?????? I asked them am I getting cold 1 hour old pizza and wing's....suddenly she doesn't speak English anymore. She put me on hold for 5 minutes, then said she would call the driver and have him come back and they would make me a fresh order? At this point it's been two hours as I sit here and type this, still no food... Called at the 2 hour mark and went through everything again to confirm my order, now just want a refund, and I'm on hold again. Gave up, fought for a refund, got it. Subway for dinner. I've been ordering from Cocelli's for 7 years every time I am in town for work 6-10 times a year...never again...

Placed an order through Uber eats, cocellis uses their delivery drivers front the store to avoid customers being able to track orders and not having to provide a picture when it's delivered. Driver lied saying they delivered food an hour and 20 minutes after ordering but I never received anything. They refused to actually deliver or offer a refund. I was a loyal customer until this experience, will go elsewhere from now on as I don't like businesses who rip people off.

Long story. Drive to the place to order a pizza. Then dum dum me that I forgot my wallet. So I said I will be right back. 20 minutes later I am back with my wallet. The order taker said that my pizza wasn't put through!!!!! What????? If I had known that I wouldn't of came back!!! So I re ordered it again and sat down and waited. Then all of a sudden she said my pizza was made before!!! What the hell. So by now the pizza isn't even hot just luke warm. What the hell!!! Will try again but if this is how they treat customers. I don't know

This place is gone way down hill, used to a large pepperoni pizza with cheese $9.99 walkin special not anymore now it's just cheese extra for pepperoni, plus the prices have gone way up as well, less quality now. Believe I live 2 min away.
