We had a long-standing reservation at Allure Hotel & Conference Centre that was abruptly cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice. While unexpected situations can occur, the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and demonstrated an alarming lack of client care.

Black mold all over the walls where our rooms were. Stained furniture with bodily fluids. Pool down (again). Harassing security guard. The list goes on. I do not recommend staying here.
We arrived at 5 pm everything was nice front desk was nice and friendly. Had an issue with another guest walking around swearing and yelling in the courtyard assumably on some drugs and called front seat to complain, nothing was done. Was told when we arrived the pool and other facilities would be available and they were not. Pool was closed that was the entire reason we booked here. Not very happy at all and will not be staying here again.

Fairview Centre offers excellent food with a bit of a learning curve on the tablet menu. Despite being a bit pricey, the fabulous sushi and friendly staff make it worth it. The venue is old but the staff is fast, friendly, and great with children. The menu offers a variety of options, including veggie choices for those who don't enjoy raw fish. The only downside is the consistently dark atmosphere.
