We had a long-standing reservation at Allure Hotel & Conference Centre that was abruptly cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice. While unexpected situations can occur, the way this was handled was completely unprofessional and demonstrated an alarming lack of client care.
There was no attempt to assist us with alternative accommodations, and no compensation was offered for the additional costs or the disruption this caused. Our group was left scrambling to find last-minute lodging at a higher price, with zero support or follow-up from the hotel.
What’s worse, we sent two emails to the General Manager seeking resolution, and neither received a response. This silence speaks volumes about how little regard the hotel has for its guests once they’re no longer convenient to accommodate.
The absence of accountability, communication, and even the most basic level of guest support is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that presents itself as a professional conference centre. We were treated as disposable, and that lack of care is something we will not forget.
Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values service, respect, or reliability.

Love this place. It has an amazing choice of restaurants most particularly BEERTOWN! The highlight of the whole plaza. Right off the highway and in a very busy and good location. I highly recommend stopping in.

Black mold all over the walls where our rooms were. Stained furniture with bodily fluids. Pool down (again). Harassing security guard. The list goes on. I do not recommend staying here.

Can be difficult to get in and out with traffic and parking can be difficult depending on the business you're going to.
Just excellent. The tablet menu takes a bit to master but totally worth it. Maybe a bit pricey, but when the food is so good, nobody in our 11 person party complained.
