As someone who has visited the UK multiple times and from someone who grew up in St. John's, Newfoundland, and lived in the Maritimes for over 10 years, I can honestly say that Fancy's serves some of the most authentic and delicious food I've ever tasted.
The servers are friendly. The cook is brilliant and gracious. They use traditional recipes here, all made from scratch.
Highly reccomended. Don't forget to try the rice pudding. Brilliant.

Went to fancy"s for fish and chips..The 5 oz. fish portion was small, dry and mostly batter..Small portion of fries..Services was good..We will need to find another fish place

It was Excellent. Was recommended the Halibut and I completely agree.

Halibut was fresh, not too greasy, and full of flavour. Other seafood was also a delight.
