Sat on hold for 20 min then another 25 min for a supervisor and still no pizza - im truly giving me money now another pizza place - wow papa Jonhs really..????
I've been a Domino's pizza eater for longer than I remember, but a friend suggested I try Papa John's and now I've been converted. The owner was helpful and friendly and the pizza was amazing!
Had an issue with one of my pizzas and the Manager listened and apologized and compensated me accordingly. Pizza is awesome and the service excellent.
