bathrooms are absolutely filthy! if the parts they allow you to see are like this, how is the kitchen? it is like this since it changed ownership.

On Friday evening, we placed an order for four burritos. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and the service we received were unacceptable. Two of the burritos were completely burned, all were missing ingredients, and despite requesting mild hot sauce, each burrito was overwhelmingly spicy to the point of being inedible.

When we contacted the store directly to address these issues, the staff refused to offer any resolution and instead told us to deal with Uber Eats—despite the fact that the problems were clearly related to how the food was prepared, not the delivery. They also blamed a new employee for the mistakes and made no effort to remake the order or offer a refund.

Frankly, we expected much better from Fat Bastard Burrito. We regularly order from the Mapleview location and have never encountered any issues there.

The re-fried beans looked like thick brown goopy slop that they serve in prisons. $13 for a midsized burrito that tasted like garbage.

Would not recommend going here.

Don’t visit here. Less toppings and when you asked for toppings they denied saying “Sorry I have other orders so I can’t give you noodles now”. Not a worth of money you pay. Comparatively cheap out than other branch in city.

I would never come back. Buddy tries to up sell me a burrito. Wanted cash. Order big and they put noting on it. Just horrible. Didn’t want my money back. Just left.

This location is awful. My order is almost always incorrect, or just doesn't taste good. I never have any issues at the Orillia location.

Unfortunately I'll never come here again. If you had a bad experience here, try a different location. It might just be a Bayfield location issue.

Food is good. Service, specifically wait times, are unacceptable. I’ve been coming here for years — even left positive reviews… But please try to staff the counter better during busy times. 30 minutes for a quesadilla is not “fast food”.

Absolutely terrible. I usually come here with my mother, and the experience is always amazing, but this time, the employees (a woman and a man) were incredibly rude and the food tasted fine, but portioning was bad. I ordered a huge, pulled-beef burrito, and most of the ingredients in the front were Incredibly low, as well as the rice, beans, and noodles. The noodles were hard. I couldn't get any beans or rice, because they didn't have any prepared. The lady walked up to the front and poured dry black beans and some water into the old dirty insert, not even cooking them properly. They were stingey with the veggies. During our 25 minute wait time, a man came in and he ended up getting his food before us, even though we had already been waiting. They would look at us and joke with eachother quietly. I can't even make any of this up. I love this place with all my heart, and we have been coming here for years, but this last experience definitely altered my opinions about this place. My mother also wrote a review about our last experience.

Changing my review to April 16th at 7:30pm. Terrible service. People waiting ahead of us were complaining as well. We waited almost 30 minutes for two burritos. There was no rice and minimal/ old ingredients. The lady added dry beans from a bag with a keetle full of hot water in front of us. Went to the back to get noodles. Opening the fridge door without removing or changing their gloves. Talking to eachother under their breath laughing. Served the person that came after us. Terrible attitudes and hygiene compared to when we normally come with different employees. So disappointing and disrespectful. I will not be coming to this location like I have in the previous years. What a shame for the owner.

Worst service and non professional staff.
Did not make any order properly and adding quantity like they’re cutting costs on everything.

Maintain the franchise standards or just close the store if you don’t want to give the value to your customers.

It was not the same as the Thornhill store I'm used too! Way less ground beef way too much rice. I will wait until I'm at work in Thornhill to have a good burrito again thanks!!
