So, I decided to stop in after hearing good things about Firehouse Subs, and it did not disappoint. There were eight of us, and we had the spicy meatball, steak and cheese, brisket, clubhouse, and more. The subs are packed full of meat, and the taste is amazing. The staff was friendly; they all welcomed us when we walked in. I cannot find anything negative to say, except this place isn't where I live. I have always loved fire house sub, the food is great and have never had a complaint but this review isn't about the food rather the staff.

I walked in (on a sunday evening) to find one work making all the sandwiches while the other staff was doing nothing. The poor girl who was working hard took my order from over the counter because she was too busy to stop and come to the cash.

I went with my husband to the Firehouse Subs at Bayfield today, for the first time, as I am new here, and, WOW we loved it. The variety of choices they have are great, our sandwich tasted fresh, I also had a tomato soup, which was delicious, to be honest, never had a tomato soup so tasty before.
