Walking along Wellington Plaza, I noticed a sign in a window advertising samosas. Since I hadn’t had one in a while, I figured I’d go in and give them a try. I was surprised not to see the usual samosas sitting in a warming oven. When I ordered, the very nice person at the counter asked me to wait a few minutes. I assumed he was just going to grab some from the back.
