Although the fries and chicken where good, I payed an extra dollar for extra garlic sauce and the sauce levels where not nearly satisfying. Paying extra for something you dont receive is not fair

Their garlic sauce is so diluted I tried it once. I thought it was mistake by a new guy or an error. But I have been there three or four times by now, and the garlic sauce is more and more diluted. Very bad food as compared to other lazeez and the photo, I attached is with extra garlic I don’t see any garlic

It was our first time visiting this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. We ordered a chicken salad, a saj wrap, and the chicken souvlaki. The salad was decent and the wrap was okay, but the souvlaki was very concerning. Some of the chicken pieces felt stringy, so we cut one open and found it was raw inside.
We immediately informed the servers, and while they apologized and explained that the chicken was pulled off the grill too quickly to avoid a delay, serving undercooked chicken is unacceptable. We were really looking forward to enjoying our meal, but this left a bad impression.
