I drive 30 minutes each way just to get the licious sandwhich. Great food, great staff.

Veal Parm was A1. Staff was polite and friendly.

This place is truly a gem in Barrie! Fresh and authentic Italian food, friendly staff, bright and clean. The veal sandwich is delightful. There is truly something for everyone. They have a hot table, small deli, pastries, espresso & other cafe type drinks . And they also offer catering options!!! A must try. We cannot wait to go back!

We discovered this place by happenstance and can’t stop coming back. Their food is unreal. I have yet to find a bad dish and think it’s impossible too.

Their veal is absolutely their flagship and tremendously delicious, but every pasta I’ve had is amazing. Also the best coffee in Barrie by far, and their cannolis are TO DIE FOR.

Don’t skip. I’ve had Italian food in Italy, and this place brings me back there every time I eat here. On top of that everyone is friendly, and you can feel the family vibe when you walk in.

What a delicious and authentic experience at Licious Italian Food. We were greeted with smiles, delicious food and an experience we won’t forget. The food was absolutely delicious, as authentic as they come, tastes just like my Nonnas sugo. The staff were friendly, accommodating and elevated the experience even more. We got the pasta with meatballs and then a meatball sandwich. We can’t wait to come back to try the rest of the menu. Grazie!!

I had the pleasure of using Licious Italian Food and Catering for a special event in April, and I couldn't be more impressed. The food was a resounding success with all of our guests, and the quality was exceptional.
The catered veal parmesan sandwiches were a definite highlight—tender, flavorful, and perfectly sauced. We also ordered both meat and vegan lasagna, and both were absolutely delicious. The meat lasagna was rich and satisfying, while the vegan option was a pleasant surprise for our plant-based guests, proving that Licious can cater to diverse dietary needs without compromising on taste.
To top it all off, the charcuterie tray was not only beautiful to look at but also filled with a wonderful selection of high-quality meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. It was a perfect addition that offered something for everyone and truly elevated the spread.

I live just up the street. Foods always great. Owners are very pleasant.

I ordered food for a family gathering this past weekend and brought it up to the cottage. Everyone raved about the food. We ordered the eggplant parm, rigatoni, chicken piccata and roasted veggie platter. There was so much that we had enough for leftovers the next day, but people were fighting over them. Thanks so much, Amanda and Francesco. Can't wait for an occasion to order again!

Finally a traditional Italian bakery in Barrie. FINALLY! This place is fantastic, traditional food just like I remember as a kid. As a life long Italian I was disappointed in every spot in Barrie because it’s fake Italian until now! Great work.

Coffee is to die for.

To the owners, keep going. Your teaching what Italian food needs to be and taste like. Everyone in the bakery talks to you, welcoming, and laughs just like how I remember back in day.

Spend your money here, worth every penny.

Im giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm local business. BUT you guys need to figure out your coffee. This is an Italian bakery that doesn't know how to pull a shot of espresso. I asked for a simple plain latte. The Barista put ground coffee into the portafiler, didn't even tamp it, let the shot run for a full minute, and then steamed the milk with huge frothy bubbles. In no shape or form is that a decent latte. It was sour and terrible. The food is really nice, but you guys need to hire a real barista or at least get one in for a few weeks to train
