Says lunch ends at 3 but it actually ends at 2:45. Then they are closed until 4:15. Very disappointing, as 2-3 PM is a very common time to eat a late lunch.

Oh well. Will go elsewhere!

PRIME RIB EVERY NIGHT!

Enough said. You can’t even buy one from Zehrs for what you’re gonna pay for all you can eat here. Just do it.

I have been to a half dozen Mandarin's in the city, this not as good as the others. It's ok, but the food is not up to the standards of the other locations. The fried chicken coating was very thin, dumpings didn't taste fresh especially the shrimp and the honey garlic ribs were terribly under cooked to name a few short comings.

Very busy on the weekends. Be sure to make reservations! Parking lot is not overly large so get there early enough to find parking. Great staff and great food at a reasonable price. Seniors get a 10% discount. Will definitely return to the Mandarin.

Mandarin offers a large selection and a lively buffet experience. There’s plenty of variety, from hot entrées and carving stations to sushi and desserts, so it’s easy for everyone to find something they like.

The dining room is spacious and well organized, and staff keep tables cleared and food replenished. Some dishes stand out more than others, but the overall value is solid, especially if you arrive hungry.

A dependable option for group meals and family gatherings.

I am extremely disappointed with Mandarin, especially since I came specifically for Chinese New Year. We waiting close to 30 minutes for a table which would have been okay if the experience was better. This was supposed to be a special night, we came as a party of 9 adults to celebrate a 50th birthday and it turned into a huge letdown.

Popular food items were constantly gone. The grilling station was constantly empty, and when we politely asked the grill staff to put out more chicken or steak items, they were rude and clearly annoyed. On a busy holiday, this is completely unacceptable. I shouldn’t be feeling bad for asking for food to be replenished if i’m paying. The quality of meat also went down. The steak were very small and skinny slices instead of pieces and overcooked or burnt.

Service was also very poor. It took a long time for our server to come by to clear empty plates or offer drink refills, and we often felt forgotten. The restaurant felt overwhelmed and poorly managed.

Mandarin is not the same anymore compared to how it used to be. The quality, service, and overall experience have gone downhill. This was not worth the price, especially for Chinese New Year. I paid slightly over $500 including tax and gratuity. It will be very hard for me to come back again.
