I come to this location probably 3 or 4 times a week for well over 2 years. I don't know what's happened in the last couple of months but I can't seem to get a hot meal out of this McDonald's to save my life. Everything I get is frozen cold Stone cold Frozen. I don't particularly care if I need to wait a little bit longer. But can I please have a hot meal

Horrible service, no refills on drinks which is u heard of and they take forever for the food. I have been waiting at the parking spot for 10 minutes for the food to come. This location is clearly not profitable if they arent even giving refills.

The Staff, the ambiance, and the service are exceptional. My whole family (4 kids) enjoyed our mini celebration here. Gonna come back and recommend to our friends and family for sure! ❤️

I just have to say that this is the best McDonalds location I have ever been to. A friendly, comfortable, warm environment and staff that makes you feel cared for and at home. Customer service is outstanding! Food is great! I want to give a special shoutout to Ricardo, Doug, Josh and Sim who are absolutely fantastic people and outstanding at their jobs. They all deserve a raise for the great job that they do and how well they represent this franchise. Thank you guys very much!

We got to meet the friendliest worker ever, Brandon at the first window at the drive thru. Absolutely wonderful and extremely kind and funny. McDonald’s you need that type of representation at your establishment. Brandon you’re great!!

We had the best experience tonight with Brandon helping my family. Top notch attention and the confidence to ask question to confirm instructions to make sure our experience was truly enjoyed. ( my one son is very particular about his chicken sandwich). Brandon was amazing and seemed to actually enjoy the interactions with all who came to the counter. Refreshing.

Side note though on the sad side. The first stall in the womans bathroom has had a broken toilet seat for many months. ( lose and slides to the right, I am a small person and yet I almost fall off because of the shifting). I don't normally say anything thinking that it will be resolved before our next 20th meal outing, however this has been since before the end of school year June 2025. Daily inspections seem to be not getting completed.

I am absolutely disgusted by what happened at this McDonald’s. We ordered a McVeggie meal — very clearly VEG — and your staff handed over a chicken burger instead. My wife is strictly vegetarian for spiritual reasons, and she unknowingly took a bite of meat because of this careless mistake.

Do you have any idea how serious that is for someone who follows a vegetarian lifestyle for faith and belief? This isn’t a small mix-up — it’s pure negligence. It’s shocking that a global brand like McDonald’s can’t differentiate between veg and non-veg orders in 2025.

Yes, they gave us a replacement and a free-meal coupon — but how does that undo what happened? A coupon doesn’t erase the disgust and violation of trust we felt. Food service is about responsibility, not just handing out burgers.

If your staff can’t be trained to read an order correctly, then what guarantee does anyone have about what they’re being served? You owe your customers more than a half-hearted apology. You owe basic respect for people’s food ethics and beliefs.

Completely unacceptable. Never trusting this branch again — and I hope corporate takes real action before someone else goes through this.

They messed up my order but made up for it, I came in and was satisfied with there service and understanding when they messed up my order. they gave me free fries, and a bigmac aswell!
