I tried calling to see if the had a certain product, it rang several times, then someone picked up, transferred me to the department I wanted it rang and rang and rang then cut off and I had to start all over again, so I hung up went to the store, found someone who worked in the department I wanted, she ignored me for several moments finally acknowledged me asked me what I wanted and then told me "over that way." The cashier on the other hand was super nice.

Usually a great place. Been shopping there for years. Bought some cheese on sale got home and had mould on it. Bought a loaf of wonder bread opened it and was dry and stale. At these prices better step up to the plate and check your merchandise. And don’t even get me started on there over priced grapes that are always soft and old.

I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding an ongoing noise issue that has been affecting my sleep, well-being, and overall health.Over the past year, the diesel truck has been running consistently throughout the night. The noise generated by the running engine has made it extremely difficult for me to get a peaceful night's sleep.This continuous disturbance not only impacts our sleep patterns but also has consequences on our daily lives, affecting our productivity and overall quality of life. Sleep deprivation is known to have adverse effects on physical and mental health. The Metro management at this store has been unwilling to help.I want to make it clear that if the problem persists, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the City council, and human rights organizations, and pursue legal action to protect my rights and well-being.

Placed online pickup order 2 days in advance arrived to collect order and was told its not ready as the lady that packs the orders was not in. Was then told they would call me when they are ready for me to come back. Absolutely unacceptable. No apology provided for the inconvenience until they heard the annoyance in my voice. No alternative solution provided except I should come back at a suitable time for them. Zero customer service. You just lost a weekly grocery customer.

Worst experience I've ever had at a grocery store. I was in the self checking line with my 10-15 items when the lady overseeing it continued to let the next three people behind me in line go first. When I looked at her confused as to why she is letting people go before me, she looked at me and said "you have a cart, you can just wait!" Then when I walked away she looked at me and said "it wasn't even that long" incredibly ignorant! it was not necessary to be rude to me, I was patiently waiting.
