You might think "it's vegetarian or vegan, how good could it be compared to real chicken or beef?" The answer is simple: very VERY good. Tastes that are familiar but with a twist. Variety. Expect tofu with sauce? No way.... this is way beyond that with layers and nuances of flavour and texture. Owner said the lockdowns have been very difficult so GO and eat. I made a special stop a 4 hour road trip off the recommendation of a friend and am I ever happy I did! We ordered the Gringa and the cheesy steak tacos with a side of refried beans, all was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!
5-stars because of the fully plant-based menu, and fast, friendly service. It was quite cold inside the restaurant by the windows, so I feel I would have enjoyed my experience more on a mild evening.
