I've read some bad reviews, which is why i'm adding mine. The service tonight was fantastic. The quality of the food was great and I had a wonderful chat with the very nice employee working. It made my day! Never been disappointed here:)

I ordered a sub off of uber eats. The sub was made incorrectly. Uber eats won’t offer a refund on specials. I called the store to try and rectify the situation. I was told they won’t do anything to fix it EVEN THOUGH the manager admitted they made a mistake

Absolutely the Worst Customer Experience
I placed a mobile order through the Uber Eats app for two subs and walked into the restaurant just 5 minutes later to check on it—only to be met with complete shock. The person who turned out to be the manager told me they weren’t planning to start my order for another 45 minutes!
I was stunned. I asked if someone walking in to order at the counter would be made to wait that long. He replied, “Not for walk-ins.” Apparently, they can just manipulate the Uber pickup time however they like.
I explained that Uber’s policy is to have pickup orders ready in about 15 minutes max. He got defensive and threatened to cancel my order just because I asked for my food to be prepared in a reasonable time—while the store was completely empty.
He clearly didn’t care. When I said I’d report the issue to Uber, he threatened to call the police on me—just because I was upset and frustrated while demanding the food I had paid for within reasonable time because delaying or cancelling the order would leave me without lunch and out of pocket until a refund processes within 24hrs. Then, without another word, he immediately cancelled my order.
So much for “customer first” care—this was the rudest and most dismissive service I’ve ever experienced. Who makes a customer wait 45 minutes for a sandwich and responds to a complaint with threats?

I recently started to Come here for my lunches and the staff is the best. Today I went in and there was an older man being very rude/racist to the worker, who is nothing but nice by the way! I love the staff here foods always great and so is service! I hope management will no longer serve him and deal with him!

Orderd two subs today for delivery and they were the worst subs that we have ever received in our life. The sandwiches were so incredibly soaked in sauces and mayo that BOTH of the bags ripped apart and the bread was mush like mashed potatos. The sandwiches were dripping. Took one bite and gagged they were so soft and sloppy. Couldnt eat them. Whoever made them today obviously does not like their job!

I did not go, my hubby picked it up. But Mr sub is, by far, my favorite sandwich place around. Netherlands ita the fresh soft bread, or the actual layers of meat and toppings they put on ( unlike other v national competitors). We don't have one in our town anymore, sadly, so, I make sure to visit anyone I can when we go out of town. People tease me because I know where EVERY MR. SUB. is within a three hour radius of our town. 😇

Tip request for take-away food is getting ridiculous. If I'm standing up to get food, there is no obligation to tip.
That said, the subs are decent and better than other chains.

Michelle is amazing!!!!! Super awesome service. The restaurant was so busy, she was alone and still was soo patient with me and my friends!!! Super polite and her service is fast. She deserves a raiseeee!! 🍸🔥🔥

We love this location! The employees are friendly and professional and care about the quality of the food they prepare. Michelle and Puneet always go above and beyond for us. They know our usual orders of pizza sub and steak sub. No other location makes them so good!. Thank you ladies for all you do.

We order through Door dash often. I get the Greek salad always and it's a huge serving and sooooooo yummy!!! My husband gets a sub and he is always full and satisfied. We appreciate the extras ? Definitely recommend
