Based on principle I will never return to this location. I purchased at least 50 subs from here and they knew me well as I was repeat customer. After over a year of coming I asked about rewards program I didnt even know they had and they said it's been out for long time. They never offered or explained it. I lost tonnes of free rewards and they wont honor the past receipts. The employees seem defensive over the food like they cant believe one would want to customize their own sandwich.

I'll make my own sub at home moving forward. Less headache for me. Too bad because I have always loved Me Sub. I think they expect big tips here too. I will not tip if I have to ask for more then 3 thin slices of tomato on a footlong. These toppings are already worked into the price. I can see if someone wants double meat ok yes charge away but to receive attitude when asking for more lettuce and tomato when it's clear they are trying to cut corners in first place is unfair. You cant charge 15 dollars for a footlong and give bare minimum toppings. Sorry but something is not right with employees or the owner needs attitude adjustment because even when I left my phone number long time ago for call from owner- they never called me. So you lost $ 15 dollars per week from me. That might not seem like a big deal but when the true cost of the sandwich is actually $ 8 dollars-youve lost in your profit margin. I'll spend my budgeted money for take out on a business who cares and provides fair value for the dollar.

No I will not messge you on your website. I left my number long time ago- followed up and was still ignored. I wish you luck in your future business practices.

Horrible customer service. Literally came back to change my review( decided to try again after over a year since my partner and daughter wanted it)

First off the workers attitude this morning was absolutely uncalled for to start off when we came in. She asked my daughter and partner if they wanted extra cheese without disclosing it cost extra( only put one extra slice on BOTH) THEN AT THE END CHARGED ME 1.49 FOR THE SMALL EXTRA CHEESE AND 2.49 FOR THE LARGE EXTRA CHEESE .. THEY BOTH GOT THE SAME AMOUNT AND ALMOST 5 DOLLAR FOR EXTRA CHEESE. That Worker knew what she was doing not saying anything until after everything was made. I've been a supervisor/manager in many resurants you ALWAYS disclose that something cost extra when offering ot a customer ask.
Straight up robbery. The worker definitely did not expect me calling her out on it.

Wow, the debit platform asks for a tip and there is not a no tip option without selecting an amount and entering 0, and upon having to figure this out the staff were very rude. Maybe I might have left a cash tip but I decided they did not deserve any tip. Nor do they deserve my business, tips are an option for good service not mandatory. Disgusting entitlement, looks like Jersey mikes wins all my business in the future.

I was in here about 1pm today. Not only did the employee ignore me when I first walked in, but when she finally decided to acknowledge me after I dropped my keys, she was cold and semi-rude. No Hello, no niceties. She made me feel like i was interrupting her day and I was an inconvenience. When I went to leave she turned her back to me and crossed her harms and huffed. The sub was okay but cut lopsided and the toppings were 1/3 off the bun. Someone hates their job and it clearly shows.

I've read some bad reviews, which is why i'm adding mine. The service tonight was fantastic. The quality of the food was great and I had a wonderful chat with the very nice employee working. It made my day!

I ordered a sub off of uber eats. The sub was made incorrectly. Uber eats won’t offer a refund on specials. I called the store to try and rectify the situation. I was told they won’t do anything to fix it EVEN THOUGH the manager admitted they made a mistake

Absolutely the Worst Customer Experience

I placed a mobile order through the Uber Eats app for two subs and walked into the restaurant just 5 minutes later to check on it—only to be met with complete shock. The person who turned out to be the manager told me they weren’t planning to start my order for another 45 minutes!

I was stunned. I asked if someone walking in to order at the counter would be made to wait that long. He replied, “Not for walk-ins.” Apparently, they can just manipulate the Uber pickup time however they like.

I explained that Uber’s policy is to have pickup orders ready in about 15 minutes max. He got defensive and threatened to cancel my order just because I asked for my food to be prepared in a reasonable time—while the store was completely empty.

He clearly didn’t care. When I said I’d report the issue to Uber, he threatened to call the police on me—just because I was upset and frustrated while demanding the food I had paid for within reasonable time because delaying or cancelling the order would leave me without lunch and out of pocket until a refund processes within 24hrs. Then, without another word, he immediately cancelled my order.

So much for “customer first” care—this was the rudest and most dismissive service I’ve ever experienced. Who makes a customer wait 45 minutes for a sandwich and responds to a complaint with threats?

I recently started to Come here for my lunches and the staff is the best. Today I went in and there was an older man being very rude/racist to the worker, who is nothing but nice by the way! I love the staff here foods always great and so is service! I hope management will no longer serve him and deal with him!
