Not empress! Told the staff about my experience. Without hasatation they offer me a new order. I told then NO thank you.

Me still a lill hungry..... I ordered 1 more Chilli Cheese Dog.... with talking to (i guess the boss) I my 2nd Dog. I went to pay. Without questions. The big man said NO Charge! With a smile.
I was treated not like a customer... But a Friend! With great service. For the staff there I give 10/10 service! Thank you.

Food is great. Hot and fresh. On top people were so nice however the tall man working upfront was so nice and friendly. Meanwhile waiting for the food never seen him standing he was keep working. He definitely needs a raise. 4:09

Fries were delicious! Staff seemed like little overwhelmed. Not sure the reason for that, but a smile on a face doesn't hurt too much. Food quality was amazing and we got to enjoy our food in a spacious dining area inside the mall!

RIPPED OFF SPECIAL NEEDS KID FOR 20 BUCKS. Be very careful sending unattended kids to this store the staff are crooked and looking to steal from children at the mall. Disgraceful they should all be fired.

Me and my Mom went to the New York Fries in Georgian Mall and the service and food was exceptional and we had the best poutine ever.
