First and foremost, service was great, no issues!However, the establishment looks like they haven't updated anything for the past few years, and the food was mediocre at best.I really tried to like the food but the wings tasted rough with a lot of exterior seasoning to mask the quality of the protein.For their price, it's a bit underwhelming and the meal felt as if I was eating for sustenance and not enjoyment.

We only live 2 minutes away, literally around the corner.. decided to give the place another try.. bad idea.. once againSeems the only people welcome are the owners “friends” or regulars.. everyone in the restaurant had to stop and take a look at the “new” peopleServer wasn’t friendly and tried to take our order before our drinks even arrived.. and we didn’t even have menus, we decided to just get wings, we only received 7 each in our “pounds” with NO napkins, cutlery, veggies or dip.. waited around for the bill, and had to go to the bar and get it myself.. save your time money and experience…Place is a dive (dump) don’t even waste your time here,Honestly recommend driving to the other location across town!!I give Ol west wing (211 ferndale drive)A easy 5 star

Place not busy, told to seat ourselves(only two of us). Sat in our booth for over 15minutes, no service whatsoever. Waitress came to booth beside us six times, not once looked at us, offered menu or asked for drinks etc. Completely uninterested in us. Never be back. Went to wild wing down the road had drinks and menu in literally three minutes. Don't waste your time there!

I didn't know sandpaper was food, I swear their wings wore teeth down the the roots, I was also called a Fa**ot by a male employee at the resturant.
Ordered off the lunch menu; portion was smaller than expected but satisfying enough for me :)

I am 14 years old me, and one of my friends were hanging out outside of this restaurant when this older lady approached me and my friend very aggressively and angrily told us to get off the property and in the mist of the moment I forgot myBackpack which had my school computer in it and my wallet about five minutes later, we came back to get it and it was gone I decided to go in the restaurant and ask them about it that's when they told me they knew nothing about a backpack and denied that they had ever seen one seen one I had a feeling they had taken it so I looked around that's when I saw it the back of the restaurant behind the counter I told her to give it to me, but she refuse so I walked back there myself and grabbed it that's when 3 older men very aggressively told me that I had 5 seconds to leave and threaten me with bodily harm and were calling me names so I just walked out because I was scared I will never go back thereAnd to anyone reading this please don't go there their food isn't even good no matter what you get it's all freezer burnt and has a weird taste like it was sitting in the back for a long time and the place is just gross in general I would've never decide to go there if it wasn't for the fact that it was so close to my school and was warm in the winter.!!

I love my neighborhood watering hole. Great atmosphere, love the wings in both size and selection and the service is great!I may be biased because it's my "home arena", but it really reminds me of my favorite spots in my old town - be it the burgers, wings or fries, we're never disappointed. Lucky for me it's close to home and all in one place.My family and I always feel like home in here with our Ol' West Wing Fam!Cheers!
