This was absolutely horrendous. All I wanted was decent chicken shawarma and rice (Chicken on the rocks). The staff was not welcoming at all. Not a "hi how are you" not even a "what would you like" They seemed very disinterested in even being there nevermind serving customers. If you hate your job that much, work somewhere else. On to the food. My container was half filled (which I have received larger portions from other locations many of times). What I did get in my container was also 90% filled with rice and minimal protein (probably not even 1 boneless thigh worth of meat). I mean if you're training your employees to inflate your pocket with profits, then it's a great business practice but not going to get you successful customer retention. The chicken (that I did get) was so dry that it was hard to swallow (even with the extra tahini I was reluctantly given). All in all, this is a location I will never visit again.

Chicken on the rocks tasted a bit stale and had even got a small piece of bone in it. The rice was way too over cooked. No enough sauce at all. Worst experience ever. Never gonna order food from here again.

Poor customer service, food is cold. I love Osmow's, but this location sucks. You guys need to work on your customer service and fresh food. I will not return to this location.
If osmows on cundles could just have plastic knifes in stock that’d be a lot better than having 2 ladies dispute me over the fact you apparently have never given plastic knifes out with a meal. Would be great in fact would make a tremendous difference with eating my large chicken on the rocks with pineapple more enjoyable than using 2 forks that’s all you had to offer. Would be sweet.

The staff are phenomenal, very friendly and quick with their service. I was waiting under 2 minutes for my food, while they had a line-up as well, very impressive service.Good food and clean restaurant.
