The staff are phenomenal, very friendly and quick with their service. I was waiting under 2 minutes for my food, while they had a line-up as well, very impressive service.Good food and clean restaurant.
I have been to different OSMOWS stores in many cities but tbh one of the best food and service received from a store. The moment I opened the store they greeted me with a warm smile which most of them never does.

If osmows on cundles could just have plastic knifes in stock that’d be a lot better than having 2 ladies dispute me over the fact you apparently have never given plastic knifes out with a meal. Would be great in fact would make a tremendous difference with eating my large chicken on the rocks with pineapple more enjoyable than using 2 forks that’s all you had to offer. Would be sweet.
