The slowest drive-thru ever!! Both times I have come here I have had to wait 20+minutes in drive-thru :/
Very good staff and experience
The staff are useless in this store. They are not friendly and helpful. We got burnt food, and their service is terrible. No customer service at all.
Ordered a 4 peice combo with 6 peice nuggets. 100% they fried it in dirty blackened oil as chicken had burnt oil smell and tasted bitter. Had to throw them out.
The food was terrible. I asked for freshly fried chicken for my kiddo and, fortunately, tried it before giving it to him. The chicken was enriched in MSG; until yesterday, I never had a feeling that Popeyes used MSG in its chicken, but they do.
This is the second time that I had this issue, old pice! You can tell by looking to the picture

Food tasted great as always, just really confused on why I only got 4 onion rings in one order, I guess they are now taxing these. Also took 15 mins and I was the only on in the drive thru.
Took forever to get food upwards of 25 min
Chicken is always fresh when I go there.
Good service and food are always hot. 👌 The best location for Barrie. 👍 been to other location not impressed.
