We hired Springwater Catering for my mother’s 90th birthday celebration, and they exceeded our expectations for this special milestone. Hosting 35 guests at a private venue, we opted for deli and fancy sandwiches, wraps, mediterranean and potato salads, fruit and veggie platters plus bite-sized cakes for dessert- the strawberry shortcake and German chocolate cake was to die for.

Its rare to find a chef who's judgment you can trust. In the past 3 years I don't think I have ever asked Dave to make me something specific. I just let him know I'm looking for something to eat and he whips together some super flavorful food. I have NEVER had a meal from Dave that I didn't love ot want a second time. Will continue to be my go to.

Best Chef ever Mr. David. Warning!!! he spoils you alot as he makes the best food on the planet. Love his food so much. He treated me so well considering the fact I am Vegetarian. He would always make specials for me.He is the best!!!!
