Had a rough day today and just wanted some French fries. I don’t get Smokes poutine often, but it was delicious (I highly recommend the rainbow poutine) when I opened the package I saw a note from the owner. As something as little as it may come to others, it had made a much needed positive impact on my day. Thank you for that act of kindness and thank you for the great food!

Ordered a Pulled Pork Poutine on Skip The Dishes. Pork was dry and under seasoned not enough gravey and it wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese curds also the fries tasted old. If I'm expected to wait 40min on a Monday afternoon I would expect the fries to at least be fresh.

Butter chicken poutine was great taste, fries were undercooked, I ordered extra butter chicken sauce and cheese, reason being last time I ordered it was so dry and plain. Overall the last 3 times I went I know I overplayed for food that I want to love but I feel so ripped off
Through door dash I got a butter chicken poutine and the bottom of the box was no bigger than a cellphone for 40 bucks. And was still hungry. What are we doing here. I feel management needs to start listening g before there time runs out.

Two of us popped in at 11pm for 2 regular fries. Was asked to sit for a few minutes while they cooked. However when we recieved the fries minutes later, they were both stone cold and visibly wrinkly and old. One had two hot fries placed ontop (must of been the fresh ones we were waiting on)

It's not as good as it used to be the cooks who are cooking the food don't seem to know how to do it and every time I eat here I get food poisoning now

Big chain name but its as least canadian as it gets, pulled pork poutine for example has a thin layer of pork and curds on top and a touch of gravy and the rest is just soggy fries, step up your game like the fry truck in thornton, thats the best place around and there is absolutely no competition with places like this falsly claiming to be the best.

This placed is horrible I ordered a pulled pork poutine and there was no pulled pork plus in general it was really bad and trash food. Also it was $18 for an astonishing small amount of food

Food truck review only. Very disappointing at Kempenfest today. Very little cheese curds, just fries and gravy. For the price, I'll stick with Osmows or even Costco.
Potatoes are not washed before being cut and fried - black bits all through it. I was chewing gritty potatoes from dirt on them. Some bad spots on the potatoes must have contributed to the foul taste I would get every once in a while. 5 stars for service but I was the only one in the restaurant. Loud thrashing rock and roll on the speakers - very unsettling.
I left after having eaten only a few bites. Over $17 for this trash.
Apparently, the food used to be great several years ago but the business underwent a change of ownership. Nowadays the new owners don't wish to continue offering the quality that was once there and clearly don't care about their customers anymore. Sadly I won't be back. Not the kind of business I support.
A total turnoff.
