Was here over the weekend and we had Chelsey for our waitress. She was fantastic! My daughter who is 11 is a very picky eater and Chelsey asked what she liked and dosent like then gave her a couple of her recommendations! She got her meal and absolutely loved it! Nothing better than a happy pre teen when you’re out for a family dinner! She made us feel so welcome! Food was also amazing! Thanks Chelsey! We will see you soon! Thanks again

I have ordered here before and love their buy 1 get 1 free deals. This time its the boneless wings and fries. I looked through their uber eats menu and I was unable to make a side request for veggie sticks. Its an option out of many other great options instead of golden fries. Because i was getting two meals, i wanted to also have veggies and was bummed i couldnt find this in their uber eats menu. It truly is a go to for wings! I called the restaurant and Chelsea was a total gem and provided me a one-time courtesy and accomodated my veggie sticks as a gift. I asked to hopefully have someone add it on their sides menu.
10/10 for a delivery order. Chicken in great condition and lots of meat not just breading, perfect size for the two having both wings and fries. Nice amount of veggies for two meals and extra iconic st louis garlic dill dip which i love on everything. Uber eats driver also arrived early, food arrived hot. Will order again?

Our server Chelsey was absolutely amazing at what she does. She radiates positivity and had such a warm presence. Even though it was busy, she made what she does look easy! It was my first time at this location and definitely not my last. Thank you Chelsey and team!

We like going there and Beth is the best behind the bar. She has been serving us for at least 15 years and one of the main reasons our group goes in. She never lets our glasses go empty and always making sure your area is clean. Michelle is the same. Both are true professionals and love when we walk through the doors and see them. Not sure we would keep going if not for them. There has been a lot of turnover the past few years and most have been good.
Chelsea though gets caught up into talking to customers and sharing too much info and your glass goes empty. That is annoying and often we just leave because of it or finish our beer and leave if she comes in on a shift change.

Extremely rude staff. We were here on Sunday, Sept 22nd in the evening. The server lady clearly saw us but chose to ignore us to serve someone who came after us. We waited for 10 min and then had to signal for the server lady to come to us. She was welcoming with others and extremely rude and dead pan to us and I’m sorry to accuse someone but the only reason I could think of is racism, because everyone else she attended and was nice to was white. I get it- you may have your biases and experiences but it would really help if you first remember that you’re a human as well. You represent a brand like St. Louis that stands for good food and a great time and there’s no place for hatred or making someone feel unwelcome. This is the worst experience I’ve had and probably one of the few times where I was ignored while everybody around me was served due to the server lady’s personal bias or hatred towards my race. Disgusting. I don’t judge others or other locations due to this but I hope St. Louis corporation does take this seriously. If not girl- you know who you are and all I can say is Karma.

We waited for 5 minutes for the server to attend us even when she saw us and attended the other customers who were white and clearly ignored us. We had to call her to take our order and even then she was not welcoming at all and thus felt discriminated by her, while she was chit chatting and laughing at other customers. It’s ridiculous that St. Louis has employees who are racist.

Chelsey and Nikita worked so hard. They were short staffed, and Nikita stayed later to help Chelsey get through the rush. Chelsey was bar tending, serving, cleaning tables. I would have like to see a manager or owner picking up the slack and helping these ladies. The manager or owner should have been the one apologizing for our order being 2 1/2 hours. These ladies did the best they can with the lack of support they got from their management team. Chelsey and Nikita ldeserve the upmost recognition for their wonderful personality and service. Chelsea and Nikita were amazing! They were spread so thin as it was short staffed but we could very clearly see them doing the best they could. I would have really liked to see an owner or manager step in and support their staff/team. It was disgusting to see the place with only 2 servers and zero management or bar tender. Those poor girls were expected to do it all and it was very clear to see. Some of the food took two hours to come and to no fault of the servers. Those servers deserve some recognition.

Chelsea at St Louis on Dunlop is absolutely fantastic. She speaks directly to my children, makes the best Shirley Temples and is always welcoming and friendly. My daughters and I loved the chicken wing nachos as much as the awesome service.
While eating, an intoxicated patron arrived from an establishment down the road.. Chelsea handled it with pride, confidence and ease she refused service politely and offered a pop as well as assistance in contacting a cab or Uber, my teenager commented at how amazingly well the situation was handled. We will be back!
