Poorly prepared even for the freezer cooked bar food it is, and your a second class to skip the dishes orders if you eat in the restaurant, prepare to wait.

Not sure if management changed but this location used to be good. Went here recently and the waitress who served us could barely answer any questions we had about the menu. Also, I wanted to order the tiki madness, only for the waitress to tell me they don’t do it anymore when I literally looked over at the bar and saw all the liquor needed for it. She didn’t even ask the bartender if it was possible. I ordered a tiki madness at another St. Louis, no problem. Also, this specific location changed the fries. It’s not as good anymore. Other locations still have the original fries.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The initial dishes I ordered were poorly prepared and lacked flavour, so I had no choice but to order something else. However, the wait for the new dish was excessively long, which only added to the frustration. Even though the items I returned were not included in the bill, the overall service left much to be desired.

One of the major issues was that the staff didn’t seem to communicate with each other at all. This lack of coordination resulted in delays and confusion, further affecting the quality of service. It’s surprising because I’ve had consistently positive experiences at other locations of this chain, where the food was great, and the service was seamless. I really hope this particular restaurant can improve and live up to the standard set by the rest of the chain.

Rude staff. I am disgusted by the man with beard at the bar. If you have poor customer service and attitude, change your career! Wings were overcooked and underwhelming with the staff. Never coming back! Piece of crab place.

Ordered wings and deep fried pickles via Uber eats. Would not waist your money. Food was cold and wings and pickles were way overcooked. The fries were about the only thing decent. This is the second time this has happened when I ordered delivery. You can see from the pics but it won’t let me add them. Find another place.

After our last 3 visits I will leave an honest review. The food is absolutely terrible. Overcooked wings, even after we sent them back for being so dried out, the next batch came the same way. Don’t waste your money here.

I did not eat at this particular time I came in to watch some soccer. Both Krisite and Janine were very pleasant and accommadating. I have been served by both of them in the passed and they work well as a team. It's nice to see people who not only really enjoy what they do for a living but are also very good at their jobs.

First time at this restaurant and definitely our last! While the service was good, (we had a lovely server), the food was pretty awful! The nachos literally had a hamburger patty chopped in pieces on top of the burnt nacho chips with barely any toppings and marble cheese lightly sprinkled on top ? Sorry who chops up a hamburger patty to top nachos with???! The chicken quesadillas were barely cooked, the tortilla chewy and the cheese (marble I assume) was hard… Mozzarella sticks-again just gross? Served cold and cheese hard as rock inside, not hot and melty like you would expect. Seriously terrible food!

My recent visit to St. Louis Bar & Grill was unfortunately quite disappointing. The wings were overcooked to the point of being nearly burnt, and the sauces lacked flavor or were excessively salty. This leads me to believe the cook might have been inexperienced or perhaps overworked.
Despite the slow service due to a single server handling the entire floor, I want to commend her for her effort. She was clearly doing her best under difficult circumstances.

Can’t beat coming here when they have the endless wing promotion. The food is pretty good , definitely try the club wrap if you’re not there for wings. I come every so often and the Bartender Kristy always makes me feel at home like I’m a neighbour coming over for some bbq. Great service and she definitely deserves Kudos , makes fantastic drinks too. Definitely a lot of repeat business because of your service staff and you can tell there are a lot of regulars there. Keep up the great work.
