Went in for supper at 6:30, was not busy at all, took a seat cause sign said so and waited 15 minutes and was not acknowledged whatsoever yet was looked at by at least 3 servers, left the establishment and will never go back to that franchise, other places will be glad to take my money

Always disappointed with the food here. I go back occasionally because it’s in my neighbourhood and I like the patio in the summer. But the food is always a huge disappointment and isn’t all that inexpensive anymore .

I Ordered salt and pepper wings & honey garlic. The honey garlic had hardly any sauce on them, and the salt and pepper ones, all the salt and pepper was off the wings and sitting in bottom of take out container. No dill dip included in the order. Very disappointed in their quality for the price. Won't be ordered from there again .. don't waste your money

What makes them better is the wing sauces. Regular places have hot medium and mild, maybe honey garlic. I have not counted but St Louis has 15ish different flavours and the best is spicy garlic parm.
Honestly one of the best st. Louis in Barrie. Compared to the one on Duckworth. If u are looking for fast service this is the one to go too never too busy and seems more like families go there rather than bar divers. Honestly really enjoyable experience ?

Ordered take out and they forgot the sauce that goes with the wings it was takeout and didnt know until we got home .Called the restaurant and they didnt care .Weren't willing to do anything about it.

I ordered through UberEats and waited an hour and a half before ultimately cancelling my order because neither the restaurant or Uber knew how to get a driver to my apartment. When I called the restaurant, they said they had over 10 orders waiting for pick up. What a shame. I will not be ordering from this restaurant any further.
