Taking the time to write this review today as I got a Trenta pink drink that was accidentally knocked over by my son while shopping. When I returned to order a new drink, the employee (Denise, or Diane her name started with a D) replaced my drink. I was not expecting this and she was so kind and understanding. Although it’s not a big Starbucks restaurant she performed high quality service and really made me smile. She also works so promptly and showed other customers her continuous smile and positive energy. Thank you so much!

Two very nice young men working at this store yesterday. Very busy spot but they took the time to say something nice to every customer. My egg bites were perfect and coffee made correctly.

The workers don't know how to make drinks properly. Every single time I have been in there the drink tastes so bad. Last time I asked for a pumpkin chai latte (iced) and they said that they didn't have the chai favoring so I asked for a pumpkin spice iced lattè instead and they still charged me for the chai one and the ran around for like 5 minutes trying to figure out how to make it. It was not even close...

If there is nobody in line service can be fast. If there is someone ahead of you I'd pass as it takes far too long.

I think I might need to pay rent for the length it took to even get up to order. I understand new store means new staffing but it would make more sense to borrow more expirenced staff untill everyone is settled. There is also no hours posted but one printed sign saying closed at 4.

Wheelchair accessibility: The counters are low and line area is pretty wide.

Coffee still the BEST!!!! But the staffs .....male staff always talking too much when he saw females customer ? and their appearance not what I expected ? need more work...yeah...
