“Hey. It’s me. The guy who’s 5 year old son ran to the back and started eating the ham. I know I didn’t get the chance to but I’d like to apologize for the incident. It’s just that I was so embarrassed that I had to run out of there. Thanks for taking care of my son for an hour that was sweet of you guys. It’s just I’m sorry. I can’t do anything right.“

“I never leave reviews but I feel inclined. The gentleman who was working tonight (July 28th around 11:30pm) is the nicest most hardworking fast food person I’ve seen; he was working by himself and there was 3 of us in-store + pick up/uber orders he had to complete yet he was working so efficiently and spoke to everyone so nicely despite a high-stress situation (I’m a server so I can understand). This location is lucky to have him. I rarely eat subway but I’ll be going more to this location just because of him! :)“

“Was greeted upon entering this SUBWAY store. The staff (3) quickly worked together to fill our order & the persons behind us (5:30pm). It is a small outlet but the food was very fresh. Their selection of toppings was well displayed, freshly cut & there was ample supply on display. Definitely would order from this store.“

“Subway is not a hard place to find in Barrie since we have so many of them, however this one is the BEST out of any I’ve been to - and I’ve lived in Barrier for over 15 years.It may look like an easy job to prepare all the food, but they take the time to make things right. I typically order salads; which I know is likely not a super popular item since they specialize in their subs. BUT they take the time to still chop up all my veggies and never shy away from the toppings when you ask.Out of all locations I have been to- this one is hands down, the cleanest and best Subway in Barrie.Not to mention, the staff is also very friendly & welcoming- which isn’t a lot to ask for in the customer service industry, but it’s hard to find sometimes at “fast food” chains and locations.“

“If every person was like the young man who made our subs, the world would be better off.
Because of this mans service, his restaurant was perfect, his food tasted amazing the bathrooms were clean, the garbage receptacles were clean with no food dripping from them and this man washed every table when people were done with their meals.
I wish I had asked the man for his name because he was a rock star!

“One of the few places to get a meal all night long if you want . The staff is always super friendly and they do a great job assembling the subs. Prices are starting to creep up it's not abnormal to pay over 20 now with a sandwich and drink .“

“During the chaotic lunch rush, I was amazed to see only one worker handling all the in-store orders, online orders, and Uber Eats deliveries. Despite the overwhelming pressure, she demonstrated incredible professionalism and efficiency. Meanwhile, a man behind the counter seemed to be hindering her by asking numerous questions. To my surprise, he was a health inspector. Dharni, the remarkable worker, managed the entire situation with grace and competence, never losing her cool. Her dedication and poise deserve high praise. “Service @ the new location 7 Anne St South is great, had some hits & misses before when they were @ 285 Dunlop St. The parking @ the new location is a bit tight at times but it's closer to me & I always just walk over anyways. All the "sandwich artists" have been very friendly & courteous since they re-opened & I haven't had any issues with quality etc... It's my go to Subway location :-) ps.- men's washroom needs a mirror!?!“

“I tried veggie patty after very long time : due to previous bad experience from another location in past , but the guy who worked there force me to try his recipe and serve me his own style and I am shocked but it was an amazing meal I had in my bad day. If I don’t make mistake but guy name was dikshank . I ll be back soon to try something else from his own hand sandwich.

“Today I went in and the app wasn’t working honouring my bogo deal
The employee helped me try and reach customer service.
App worked finally. He took the time to help me and he was busy.
Tonight I went back and ordered for 2 more kids and they called me to say the meat I ordered was not avail and he made another sub as my request.
He put 2 cookies in the bag for my inconvenience and both times the footlongs were perfect!
Will continue to go to this location!

“Just a vanilla subway, it’s not contaminated like people say. A few years ago a legend gave me a free cookie with the sub!!!! But once I sat inside wanting to wait 10min to get a bubble tea at the shop nearby that didn’t open yet. This subway was dead empty, I was 11 at the time and the guy kicked me out rudely. He asked if I’m buying something and said ok then you can get out. Not the best subway by any means but had some great memories there.“

For face value, you can't really go wrong with a veggie patty sub on promo with Subway rewards scheme is pretty solid.Yum grub, fresh bread and a good amount of healthy veggies and salad is pretty dope.Subway is pretty much the only reasonable options you'll find in this mall too.“

“This is my goto subway place in Barrie , don't bother going here when the kids are out for lunch because it is pretty close to two high schools but the staff is always super friendly and I've always been pleased by the end result . I always take my food to go so I've never used the patio you are basically staring at a 4 lane highway but for covid safety it's definitely a good alternative“
