“The server was great and subs were good too….just one thing, he must have given me a wrong order because I ordered 1 meatball sub and 1 cold cut sub…and what I received was 2 cold cuts. No big deal. It was buy one get one free today…was the last day.“
“I'm surprised by the lower ratings, maybe they took the feedback. I came around 12:30 on Mar 15, it was very busy but they had everything prepped. There were 4 staff, they were all very friendly and efficient. All veggies and menu options were available. The place was also clean. It is a smaller location at a pitstop so there's probably less options than normal but still good.“
“I wanted to give a shoutout to Roshan at Subway for the excellent customer service today. I had placed an online order for a salad, but unfortunately the store was out of it when I arrived. Roshan immediately apologized, offered me any footlong of my choice instead, and even offered complimentary cookies as well.
Even though the issue wasn’t his fault, he handled it professionally, was very friendly, and resolved everything quickly without any hassle. It’s always appreciated when employees go out of their way to make things right. Thanks again, Roshan!“
