I stopped by Subway around 8:10 this morning to grab lunch for my kids. The young man working there greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly. He recommended the Meal of the Day for my two children, which was really helpful and less expensive .My kids absolutely loved their subs! They told me, Mom, it was so good — we’re happy😊 today That made my day.

“Stopped in tonight for a quick dinner and had the please of being assisted by Rythmn. This man made us a tasty sandwich just the way I requested turkey foot long with all favorite toppings and sauces. Very respectful, humble individual that asked great questions and offered good suggestions for the half that was for my daughter. The location is very clean and thanks to my experience will be returning to this location more. Rhythm made the music of a amazing sandwich and customer service was A-class. Great job.“

“Always so dead when I go but the food is bomb and if you say extra for a topping you do not have to say it again and again all awkwardly to get all the onions or whatever you want! They nail it everytime, I live close and go often enough. Everything is clean and so are the washrooms.“

“Subway is not a hard place to find in Barrie since we have so many of them, however this one is the BEST out of any I’ve been to - and I’ve lived in Barrier for over 15 years.It may look like an easy job to prepare all the food, but they take the time to make things right. I typically order salads; which I know is likely not a super popular item since they specialize in their subs. BUT they take the time to still chop up all my veggies and never shy away from the toppings when you ask.Out of all locations I have been to- this one is hands down, the cleanest and best Subway in Barrie.Not to mention, the staff is also very friendly & welcoming- which isn’t a lot to ask for in the customer service industry, but it’s hard to find sometimes at “fast food” chains and locations.“

“I tried veggie patty after very long time : due to previous bad experience from another location in past , but the guy who worked there force me to try his recipe and serve me his own style and I am shocked but it was an amazing meal I had in my bad day. If I don’t make mistake but guy name was dikshank . I ll be back soon to try something else from his own hand sandwich.

“I’m not sure why there are only 3 stars for this location. Maybe people are confused with the location up the road by the theatre, which is horrible in every way. This location next to the Thai place and giant tiger is objectively the best one in the north end I have never had a problem. The younger girl who works there always makes amazing perfect sandwiches. Don’t skimp on toppings, it’s always clean (I have not used the bathrooms though), fast service, fresh from produce(unlike most others).

The 24 hour subway on bayfield is nasty, I’ve seen extremely sick employees sweating with a fever, coughing without covering all over EVERYTHING, always dirty, produce always looks sketchy for a place that should have a high volume of product leaving if they are 24/7. I get it sometimes you can’t take the day off you need the hours, but masks are appropriate and appreciated if you are sick and working with food, specially if you have a fever (that means you are usually contagious).

Also, subway took the flat bread away from Barrie but still has it other places, this is crazy because it’s arguably the healthiest and best bread you have which doesn’t make sense subway being about the”healthy choice” for a meal. Please bring flat bread back 🤷‍♂️ 🙏“
