I visited the store 2nd time. I ordered a 12’inch veggie patty sub and I told her to add pesto in half of sandwich so she was being harsh saying that it would be extra. I told I’m fine with that. And when I was paying she charged me 2.30$ so I told her that I just added 1 line of pesto in half of my sandwich because I use to work in subway so I know that can charge me for the half.I would never visit this store again.
Not good. The team didn't know how to work together, by the time they got to topping my sub it was cold. I have never seen one sandwich take so long to make. Like it actually took over 10 minutes to put the toppings on one sandwich. Two people were switching between putting the toppings on sandwiches and doing cash (each should have one stationary person) and there was no one to do prep work. Employees were touching non-food surfaces with their gloves before touching food again....read full review

I have stopped at this subway twice. The first time employees were arguing about who would fill up the food containers while I waited to be served. Yesterday 6 employees were taking (including the manager) and ignoring the customers waiting to be served. After telling the manager they had customers waiting while that talk and ignore us and he said I will talk to the team. All of the waiting customers left and went to an alternate restaurant. Very poor work environment and management.if...read full review
