Horrible experience. The staff was very unfriendly and over charged me and my girlfriend, it came to $30 with no combo in store but if we order through the app it only came to $23,Definitely do not recommend this Subway location

Employee was rude and unreasonable. My card wouldn't work so said I'd ve back in 5 minutes and got rude and pushy. Taking pics like i was a criminal. Came back as i said with cash and one sub was thrown out and other was in back. Was still rude and ignorant.

Horrible experience at Subway 102 Bayfield. The employee, Akshit, was extremely rude. I tried using a valid offer code from the Subway app, but he refused, claiming they only accept physical coupons—makes no sense if the store is participating in the offer! He then made me order over the phone, and when I asked to add olives and jalapeños (up to 11 veggies is allowed), he refused because they weren’t in the original order. Instead of helping, he told me not to come back and even claimed to be the owner.
There are other locations where the employees respect customers and allow full customization.
