Oh my god, the chocolate bars.. I almost died. They are UNREAL. It was so comforting to walk in and everything is vegan, everything is delicious! I can’t wait to go back and try everything else. 10/10 absolutely recommend!
Had my first visit this weekend to pick up an online order I made for gluten free stuffing. I am not a vegan but am currently on gluten and dairy restrictions. The thought of Thanksgiving dinner without stuffing was terrifying so I googled and found the Vegan Panty 🙌 After creeping their Insta and menu for a while I added the Pumpkin Nanaimo bars to my order. o.m.g. they’re the best thing I’ve ever tasted!! We finally had a chance to go The Vegan Pantry in Burlington today. We got some yummy decadent chocolate treats and a delicious Veggie Lasagna for dinner. The shop is super clean, bright and classy. We loved the look with the vegan curtains, pillows and pictures on the walls. There is a huge freezer section with lasagnas, pizzas, pot pies, vegan meats, dips and more! The Gentle Crumb + Eco Refillery is a delightful little gem in the heart of Barrie. The treats are wonderful, and everything tastes amazing. The oat latte is incredible, easily one of the best. While the place is on the pricey side, the quality of the flavours and treats is absolutely worth it. Customers cannot sit in anymore, but stopping by to pick up is smooth and easy, with lots of frozen things to take home or treats to eat on the go. The Ah! Caramels are HUGE, and the Oh Caramels are pure heaven—everyone should try the Oh Caramel at least once. For those on a strictly gluten-free diet, this is the place to go, as everything is 100% gluten-free and safe. The refillery carries many favourite eco-friendly products. The food is fantastic, and the waterfront is decently close by, making a latte and nanaimo bar a perfect summer morning activity.
