I usally NEVER write 1 star reviews but this here used to be my go to Subway. But I placed an online order. And there were some people in line after I got here and he told me I had to wait for everybody for them to make my order. It is unacceptable service here and would like to get information on the manager of this restaurant. It took me 40 WHOLE MINUTES to get my order! I will no longer be going to this location. The employees name was something begining with a T, with a black beard and mustache and he is brown. They do NOT deserve to get ANY money at all. $50 for 3 CLASSIC FOOTLONGS? It was aswell very dirty in there like they havent cleaned it in months. Plus only 1 person working the whole store? He aswell did not change his gloves for all 3 of my subs I ordered. Please do not go here.

Hands down the WORST subway out there!
I placed an online order and went into pick it up and they said they never received it, yet my credit card was charged. I showed them my order and he pretty much just shrugged at me saying it’s head offices problem.
The place is so dirty and the employee and manager are awful.

The fact that you charge $15 for a sandwich and can’t even toast it or add the selected ingredients is rather pathetic. I won’t be returning to this location.

Had worst experience with this subway. The employee (Kunj Patel) was very rude and gave me the stale sub even without grilling it. He prepared the order hastily even there was no other customer. The whole subway was empty.

I recommend not going to this subway at all. But if you are ok to get disrespect, visit for sure.

Zero customer service, cheap and rude employee. I would rate zero with the experience I got.

The employee. One of them young brown guy and brown girl. They were utterly disrespectful. Let's start of. We ordered simple foot long sub. When it came for adding meat. They pour very little and then told us if you want more we will charge extra. Fine. We said sure add more. By the end we paid extra for meat. Extra for veges and extra for cheese. And when we told them cut the sub way in half and wrap it separately so our kids can have there own sandwich and not make mess. He would then charge for paper (paper that you wrap your subway with)

I highly recommend never ever going there unless your OK to pay extra for every little thing.

But the way they made a scene with us. In front of other customers. Shame on every employee working there

i am everyday customer of this subway as it is 2-3 mins from my house.
This bad review is just because of the service given by Kunj Patel today he was already looking frustrated he made our footlong. I asked him to grill it he clearly rejected to grill it. i come to this place every time and nobody ever said no to grill it i mean even any other location have ever said no to grill. I requested 5-6 time when i said i will talk to owner and we were ready to leave. He said i will do it this time but not next time as if he was the owner of the place and doing me a favor.

Just a vanilla subway, it’s not contaminated like people say. A few years ago a legend gave me a free cookie with the sub!!!! But once I sat inside wanting to wait 10min to get a bubble tea at the shop nearby that didn’t open yet. This subway was dead empty, I was 11 at the time and the guy kicked me out rudely. He asked if I’m buying something and said ok then you can get out. Not the best subway by any means but had some great memories there.

The Indian guy server doesn’t change his gloves. He restocked the veggies with his bare hands. The tables are dirty. The drink fountain is filthy. All the meat all cross contaminated. I am not sure how this place is still open.

I did an online order and set the pickup time to be 7:00pm and then I had to wait until 7:17pm for it to be ready. It’s understandable to have to wait a couple of minutes past the pickup time but 17 minutes!And then I got home to find out that the subs were made wrong with my sub made on the Italian and herbs bread meant for my boyfriends sub and his sub made on the plain Italian ordered for myself. And no chipotle sauce on my sub when I had selected extra chipotle sauce.

Don’t eat here , they don’t change their gloves when making new sandwiches , and the meat has been touch by other meats which is cross contamination . I told them to make me a new sandwich which she did but she gave me very less because of the mistake they made on the other sandwich … and they want me to pay to get it remade … very disappointing, will not been eating subway again .
