Potatoes undercooked. Bacon undercooked. Syrup didn't arrive with my daughter's pancake despite a promise to deliver it. She was hangry. A few hours later we both have a mild stomach ache. Garbage. Next time I'll wait in line a Pur & Simple.

The lady who was serving this morning was incredible! It was only her serving tables in the early morning. She was getting pretty busy. Every table had their orders taken promptly, she was pleasant with everyone, and the food was getting out in a timely manner. Her name is Michelle. She is the epitome of what customer service should be.

This morning, we visited this establishment for breakfast and were underwhelmed by the experience. Despite the moderate crowd, the staff took an inordinate amount of time to assist us and failed to provide children's menus, necessitating an additional request and delay. Furthermore, the food quality was subpar, with the potatoes and fries being particularly disappointing, prompting us to leave and seek alternative dining arrangements. Additionally, a spider was present at our table, causing distress for my daughter, and the staff neglected to offer assistance in removing or eliminating it, instead expecting me to handle the situation myself.

After the change in ownership a few years ago, quality has gone downhill significantly. Service is now slow and the food mediocre. It's too bad - it was a great place for breakfast.

The waitress was absolutely wonderful, no complaints there! Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The home fries were undercooked yet burnt at the same time, and the kids’ meal pancake was literally just one pancake for $6 with nothing else. Maybe my fault for not reading the menu closely, but for that price I expected more. Very disappointing.

great place to eat. staff were great. However, they need to make their restaurant more handicap accessible. No automatic door opener on front door so I had to have someone open it for me.
