Like she was a criminal or a junkie and without respect. Yelled at her and made her cry instead of just politely turning her away. Because it's supposed to be 19 ... they didn't say that on their website. So my child got yelled at and reprimanded for their mistake. That's nothing but b******* bullying. That's just poor.
