I cannot count how many times my kids and I have gone to this Tim's. EVERY single time, the ppl behind the counter are super!! Recently they made my eldest's day by remembering her iced coffee order! It's a really busy place, but we will definitely be back!!

Went in at 3:45 for breakfast, I asked if they still make it. They said only till 4. Then told me they don’t have the ingredients to make my order.
All I wanted was two breakfast wraps.
If breakfast is till 4, they should stop cooking them at 4

in drive though waiting forever-nobody came back out window to say will just be a few more minutes to provide an update?All I was getting hot vanilla protein latte & then brought me an ice one! Not a happy customer

Not enough employees to keep up with demand wait times too long.
I have had 3 coffee orders this week made incorrect . Staff does not listen to your orders. Jeff you should get your staffing line on how to listen to customers orders. POOR SERVICE

Sadly this location has messed up my order 9 out of 10x. It’s the main Tim Hortons on my drive to work. Which is why I have continued to go there. But again this morning they gave me a coffee instead of steeped tea and i had to turn around and go back to fix the drink order.
