Sadly this location has messed up my order 9 out of 10x. It’s the main Tim Hortons on my drive to work. Which is why I have continued to go there. But again this morning they gave me a coffee instead of steeped tea and i had to turn around and go back to fix the drink order.

The girls who work in the drive through are extremely rude. Their headset must not work very well. We always seem to have to repeat the order a few times before they get it right. And if you try to correct them they get very defensive arguing with you on what you ordered ( my order hasn't changed in the last 20 years). Extremely poor customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I received at this location. I asked for a refill on a medium ice Capp. That’s their terminology for using my own cup. I was told they couldn’t do that. I asked, then why does every other Tim Hortons location able to do it. She called for an older lady to help her. This crew person was rude from the start, telling me it wasn’t on their tills. I again asked, then why could all the other Timmies do it. She then went and got the manager, who was equally rude. Once again telling me they couldn’t do it. At this point I didn’t care about saving the .10 cents, or saving the environment. I was annoyed at how rude they were to me. After looking around on the till for a bit, the manager found the button on the till for the refill. Didn’t apologize or anything. When I asked for one of their survey coupons, the manager said no, that’s why I’m doing a google review.

This is what a $10 chicken salad looks like apparently now. When I asked the manager if she could add more lettuce she said “no” there’s a “formula” to make the salads. I can guarantee that I will never go back as a customer and perhaps the manager needs a refresher course on how to treat customers.

Out of all the Tim Hortons in Barrie this is the best one. All the workers are lovely and sweet, my order is always done right. This location also has the best birthday cake timbits. My friends and I always refer to this location as “the good Tim Hortons”

2 days ago around mid night i request on drive thru to repeat the donuts again he was very rude and he refused to do that I request him but he simply said no I can't tell you again

Waiting in line and another customer walks in while there is a line up. One of the workers came out and went on the other till just to serve they’re friend who’s in in the back of the line paid for they’re order and left the till while there was still a line this should be un acceptable. It is quite unfair to the customers who were previously waiting in line.

Once again a mistake was made and my order was wrong. This time l checked before going home and caught the mistake. I got back in line again to wait and reorder. I got back to the window and she hands me out my order with no apologize and close the window. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN HERE.

I dine at there in morning around 11 and ordered plain croissant and herb and garlic savoury pastry. They didn’t have pastry and asked me if I wanted any other thing I denied and asked for my refund. They told me that they cannot refund me I have to contact to customer service online. Later I contacted to customer service they told me that refund can only be done by the store and I have to visit and ask the manager about it. Other day I went and they told me that they won’t be able to refund me they are not allowed to do so. This thing was very inconvenient for me I didn’t get what I wanted even I was unable to get refund..

For a place that deals mainly in coffee they are sort of hit and miss. Seems a lot of places seem to think a regular coffee means black coffee. I recommend checking your order before you leave food prices are way too high compared to what you get. Flatbread pizza deal of two for $12 was a good deal but now eight is way too much.
