They brought out shovels, called for help and even offered coffee when we got completely exhausted. They didn't have to do it but did it! Amazing people💯

This Tim Hortons location on Essa Road is convenient and usually quick with orders. The coffee and food are consistent with what you'd expect from Tim’s, and the drive-thru moves at a good pace. However, the customer service could be more welcoming—staff tend to be a bit rushed or curt at times, which makes the experience feel less friendly than other locations. Still, it’s a reliable stop for a morning coffee or snack on the go. A little improvement in the attitude of the staff would go a long way.
Beautifully renovated with a clean, modern feel—like a wholesome fast food chain done right. The best part is the spacious, open-concept layout that avoids any sense of claustrophobia.

I ordered a PLAIN CHEESE CREAM BAGEL and I found a random chunk of tomato and I am severely allergic to tomatoes if that what this random red chunk is. I also ordered a lemonade quencher and they put the sparkle in it. It tastes disgusting.

I wouldn't order from here. They constantly get orders wrong. Most recently I ordered sandwiched and a box of timbits with a few drinks as a delivery and I only got 1/3 drinks and none of the food. How does this happen? I have no idea but I'm missing about 30$ worth of food.
