I ordered a PLAIN CHEESE CREAM BAGEL and I found a random chunk of tomato and I am severely allergic to tomatoes if that what this random red chunk is. I also ordered a lemonade quencher and they put the sparkle in it. It tastes disgusting.

Got food delivered. Missing a peach juice as well as a sandwich. Coffee is hot though even with delivery.

I wouldn't order from here. They constantly get orders wrong. Most recently I ordered sandwiched and a box of timbits with a few drinks as a delivery and I only got 1/3 drinks and none of the food. How does this happen? I have no idea but I'm missing about 30$ worth of food.

I stopped here every day for years. I get my coffee and some Tim bits. This location has a problem with their Baker look at the size of these Tim bits, also saturated in oil. I can’t believe they wouldn’t recognize this is a problem, this is not the norm at other locations

Just stopped in after they reopened for renovations. The new decor is lovely and the design and flow for service is excellent. Coffee was made to perfection and the cookies were still warm from the oven!
Well, they are the fifth Tim's I've seen tonight with an absent drive through and not open taking orders. The lights may be on, but nobody is home. Definitely not a 24hr place anymore...although some nights it seems to be open... who knows anymore

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my recent experience at this Tim Hortons was frustrating enough to warrant one. I ordered three brownies and specifically asked if they could be heated. The worker confirmed they would, but when I received them, none were warmed up.
It’s not just about the brownies—it’s about the lack of follow-through on a simple request. If you’re not going to honor what you agree to, it reflects poorly on your customer service. I’ve always appreciated Tim Hortons for its consistency, but this location left me disappointed.
I hope the management addresses this to improve future experiences.
