This is my to-go store from my workplace. The quality of the food really depends on what time of the day you get it (depends on staff on shift who make out). During afternoon, you get what you initially ordered according to the ‘Tim Standard’ but during the morning, it’s pathetic.
My coffee is never made right by morning staff in spite of having managers on floor. Talk about food: If you order chicken, you will get bacon complimentary in it (I don’t eat pork) and if you order just Egg & Cheese muffin, you will get free sausage in it.
The cherry on top: I called this morning to complain about my order and the Manager on duty BRAJ wasn’t bothered in listening to my issue over the call and was chit chatting with colleagues while on call. And frustrated when I said, Thank you for the pathetic drink (the morning coffee before work), he replied YOU ARE WELCOME!! Like you have no dignity for your customers.
I would like to draw the attention of this business to their store so they can analyze the root cause of this business drowning in Future: SHAMEFUL EMPLOYEES!

Service was not really good bcz some you have to upto 10 minutes to give your order at that time when no one is in the line only just you . And the senitation is not really good.

Had to drive 7 hours from Timmins Ontario and it was the best service I have ever had at any Tim Hortons I’ve been to
One washroom was in use, and I went to the other washroom, opened the lid and saw disgusting poop. The washroom smelled like poop upon entering. No one must have reported to the staff and also the staff should have hourly rounds to check up on washroom cleaning.
Second thing, I was going to order food and then I saw two small flies flying around muffins, bagels section. Like please clean and wipe the area or at least remove everything and clean it so the flies are gone. People don’t want to see the disgusting view and eat flies poop and get sick.
bro started to take my order in drive through with “yup” ? and then would continuously cut me off just to say “k that all?”

I have used this location for years I'm done ownership change I'm guessing and is filthy inside counter certainly not cleaned floors dirty tables not clean. Drive thru order wrong often and only ordering 2 coffees DD and then coffee is like dish soap taste terrible I wouldn't eat anything from there but my friend used to get cream cheese bagel , now barely any cream cheese on it Oh I almost forgot.... FLIES LANDING ON DONUTS AND BAGELS AND...... SHAME ON YOU NO LONGER A CANADIAN TREASURE DISGUSTED AND NOT THE ONLY LOCATION THAT IS LIKE IT

Asked for cold brew via drive through and a boy gave a iced coffee like i can find a difference between cold brew and iced coffee. Terrible. I will google have negative like -1 star reviews instead of 1 star.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and was served by Dhruv and Nand. Their customer service was exceptional. Dhruv ensured my order was accurate and was very friendly, while Nand made sure I was comfortable as I waited. Both were efficient, attentive, and maintained a positive attitude. Their dedication to providing a great customer experience was evident. Kudos to Dhruv and Nand for their outstanding service!
