10:58 am in the drive through. I wanted to order a pizza. They said they can't take the order til 11. I said by the time I get to the payment window it will be 11. Manager came on the intercom and said they dont have any flatbread. I clarified: you dont have any flatbread at this location for pizza? They confirmed, none. Hard to believe. I parked and went in. Miraculously, I was able to order at 11 and miraculously there was flatbread. I have no problem waiting til 11. But lying is poor business and customer service.

They do not have pastries, no Cookies, no Crossaintsand finally when you arrive at the counter after selecting from whatever is available their card machines does not work and are accepting only cash. One of my not so good experience with this Tim's.

Ordered a Cream Cheese Bagel and there was close to no cream cheese on it. I also got a Chocolate Chip cookie and they never remember to give it to me. The service is horrible. They just keep repeating “is that all?” over the speaker every time you order something. Then, they practically throw the bag at you and walk away. Even if I checked for my stuff right there, I can’t let anyone know since they walked away. Im not trying to sit in the drive-through for half an hour just to get my order right. It cant be that hard to put the cookie in the bag and put cream cheese on a bagel. I never have time to go back and correct them. Im not in the drive-through because I have plenty time on my hands In the morning.

Don’t buy from here unless you want food poisoning and explosive diarrhea. Don’t let the new renovations fool you when it comes to food safety this place is completely unsanitary and disgusting 🤢 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Shout out to Riya, she was fantastic – attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations without being intrusive. Bakery was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented.

Big thank you to Arin/Erin and Ariella (sorry, I don't know the spellings) for helping us out today. Our truck got stuck in the snow and these wonderful young ladies helped us in every possible way. They brought out shovels, called for help and even offered coffee when we got completely exhausted. They didn't have to do it but did it! Amazing people💯
