Multiple times I’ve been here and staff seem miserable and non attentive. They don’t follow directions in 75% of my visits. Understand mistakes and wrong orders can happen but when politely brought up. There is audible sighs, no apologies, no ownership, often a struggle to have it fixed and when it’s fixed there’s a huge attitude issue and they just slam the drink down and walk away.
Now don’t get me wrong there are some amazing workers at this location but overall management needs to get the attitude and attention to detail on point as it’s quite unacceptable and really makes me question going here
