John is the sweetest!! This store didn’t have alot of the add ons I wanted in stock so he made sure to go out of his way to ensure I still enjoyed my drink. It’s usually a busy spot but the staff get everything done during rush.

This is the only Tim's in town that isn't a let down. Stopped in on my lunch break a little while back, and was in and out quickly, and with a correct order. Staff here seem more friendly than all the other locations in town, and everything moves at a decent speed overall.

Skip this Tims there is a better one up the street, the restaurant is dirty and drug addicts are sleeping at the tables, I mentioned to the staff members that one of them was passed out and may need help and they just laughed (had to check on them myself) Restaurant tables are dirty and the store over all could use a good clean. I can relate the rest of the 1 star reviews staffing is defiantly an issue (zero customer service)

We wanted to buy iced capps with whipped topping, and they did not provide enough whipped topping. We asked for more and they asked for another 70 cents, and everyone was unhelpful
