I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Manav Dani. He was polite, friendly, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers—he greeted everyone with a smile and handled the rush very calmly. It's rare to see that level of professionalism and kindness. He definitely made my visit better, and I’ll be coming back because of his great service!

I was there in Drive Thru yesterday. I ordered half a dozen Muffins and half a dozen Donuts. I was in rush and had kids with me so Drive Thru was the option for me. I was given the Donuts that were meant to put straight into the garbage.
I had to take them to a friend’s house. They served us the same and it was too embarrassing to even look at those Donuts.
I’d have been fine with the answer that they are out of Donuts. Please train bakers how to do their job and for cashiers- they need to know whether it is good enough for serving.
I don’t know how do people have the audacity to own a restaurant and consider them pro at operations.

I apologize in advance for the harshness, but there's incompetence, and then there's the inability to place the correct amount of sugar in the coffee, back to back to back. When extra Chipotle is requested, you get multiple wraps with zero sauce. Looking for a croissant warmed up? You know it!! Coldest tasteless piece of dry cardboard this side of Yonge. Same sad ratings on grumpy tired unpleasantville window. Great location!! Double Double thumbs down 👎 👎
