I was there for my green tea lady at the window her batch name is MANJOT ,I don’t know why she is in full of attitude, I don’t know her and I never seen,this type of so called attitude, she don’t know how to deal with the customer, I think she need more training, please tought her how to deal with the customer .i didn’t like her how she treat me as a customer, I am paying you guys ,sorry I am not begging you,please tell her all man are not like you family man, you have to respect the other .if you respect the other then you get the respect it’s like give and take THANKYOU

Hey, I wish someone would tell the Tim Hortons crew to get the orders right. I've been through the drive-thru a bunch of times, and it's always messed up. It's ridiculous! They need to pay more attention. Look, I get that mistakes happen, but not all the time.

There are 2 ladies that work there that are fairly rude. No manners or costumer service skills once so ever! I also every time get hard as rock hash browns and burnt bagels, not to mention egg shells in my breakfast sandwich.
