They actually double toast your Bagels here.. nothing worse than warm bagels... I got first thin in the morning around 5 am and the lady who makes the bagels is the best and the only reason I go to this location.. yeah I might wait a little longer but its nice to know I get what I want everytime I go there and not disappointed..
