asked for two oreo iced capps, instead i got an iced capp with chocolate sauce and when i asked where the oreos are the worker gave me attitude and said they’re in the drink . they definitely were not and the iced capp was very melted

Super slow, horrible service. Make sure you have 15 minutes to wait in line if you go inside. They would rather let someone spend 15 minutes, deciding what they want figuring out how many points they have and trying different cards with insufficient funds before telling them to move out of the way and get back in line to keep the line moving. No manager around keeping an eye. 👎

If you ask for a toasted bagel... it doesn't get toasted. If you ask for double toasted... it gets toasted once. This here is what they think double toasted is. It's barely been in the toaster once in my opinion. I don't get it. This happens everyday!!!

This location is one of the few Tim Hortons in Barrie that I consistently visit. The most important thing to me is that they carry soy milk for us plant based milk folks who don’t like the taste of oat milk of almond milk. The workers are always very polite when taking your order and the drinks are always made accurately and efficiently.

These guys are so slow, for a 2 item order they take an eternity always walking around the store talking to each other. Never coming here again! No wonder this store is mostly empty
