I attempted to order six different types of donuts. Each one I asked for they were out of. When you are a donut shop, and the list of donuts you don’t have is larger than the list of donuts you have in stock, you are a poorly managed store. Went across the street to McDonald’s and they had every donut my family requested.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons location. I ordered two drinks through the drive-thru, which cost nearly $12, and they were not made to an acceptable standard. Both drinks were not stirred, were under-filled, and looked poorly prepared.
In addition, despite there being no line and the store not being busy, I still waited over 5 minutes for my order. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience here. On previous visits, staff have spoken rudely to me directly, and I’ve also noticed them talking and laughing loudly among themselves while customers are seated — which comes across as unprofessional and disrespectful.
As a long-time Tim Hortons customer, I expect consistency in both product quality and customer service. This location is consistently falling short on both fronts, and I strongly encourage management to address these issues through better training, oversight, and customer service standards.

I have luved, Timmy's coffee from the time my father bought myself there in the Barrie Tim Hortons, when I was around 19yrs old. My only disappointment is when they cancelled the Dutchy and cinnamon rolls, especially the glazed One's. Leaving me with very few choices other than a 20 pack of mixed Tim Bits.
