Stopped here after Bayfield location overcharged and messed up my coffee order again and again. Young man behind the counter with very friendly attitude took bad coffee back and made the correct one with an ease and smile despite the coffee came from different store. What an outstanding service and approach to solve a problem. BRAVO !!THANK YOU for exemplary service , and employees that care about providing great service to customers. The coffee he made was a perfection .Thank you again.

Rude staff, consistently forgetting entire items and not completing modifications to food, noticeably cross contaminated (poppy seeds on my wrap this morning). This location is less than satisfactory

The absolute worst location. Gives coffee instead of tea regularly and if they do manage the tea it tastes horrible. If you order a bagel double toasted with cream cheese you get it hardly toasted with butter. You have to repeat your order ten times and still triple check it when you receive it to ensure it’s correct.

I was there at 0740 hours on Wednesday October 30th. There were many staff workers and they were all busy with the drive thru and delivery orders. I was in line inside the store. I waited over 7 or 8 minutes before I had to ask a staff member to take my order. I asked someone and said his till was broken. I then stood by the next till and again I had to ask a staff member to take my order. No apology. The line up was getting bigger. Please don’t ignore the customers in line inside the store.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Every time I order something, it’s almost every time wrong. I don’t understand how this location is still open! This is so stupid, some action needs to be taken. This is so unfair to the customers

Literally the WORST Tim's in Barrie. Genuinely appalling service and food quality. Staff are extremely rude and cut you off at every chance they get over the speakers for the drive through. You can barely get through the order without staff saying 'drive up' every other syllable. The food is absolutely terrible. Don't even bother asking for extra butter because it's unlikely you'll get any butter at all on your bagel even if you do ask for it. I think the entire staff needs to be fired and replaced because I think they're too far gone for retraining. Knock the whole building down and put something new in at this point.

This is how they dip their donuts... and before someone tries to say that they don't dip the maple they spread the maple, I don't care. There's way too little fondant and it definitely does not meet the Tim Hortons quality standards.

Absolutely disgusted with the service and state the restaurant was in. I used to work at this location 8 years ago. We were on a strict cleaning routine. Bathrooms were disgusting! Garbage everywhere. Blood splatter on the stall walls. Garbage wasn't emptied. Workers were in the back most of the time with their Indian music playing very loud. So disappointing the state of the place. Will definitely never go back to this location. Such a shame!

I mobile ordered some food at this restaurant. When I arrived at the mobile pick up designated and waited for 5 minutes. I didn't see my order. I asked the customer service to check my order. He said I order food I have to go over to the other place to get it. I told him I am at the store designated area for picking up mobile orders. He didn't answer, but picked up my food and slammed it on the counter and walked away. With this kind of service, I don't think I will want to come back here again

Everytime I order from this place, something is wrong. Just received an order and once again I'm finding myself having to contact Uber support due to the literal first item on an order of 6 items being wrong. Seems to be a trend with this place. Not sure if it's incompetence or apathy at this point. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location .
