They used to have good food and staff here, now it seems like since the renovation they cleared out there friendly staff and apparently now the kitchen staff aswell. I come here mostly every morning and now I don't because the people at the window are always miserable and on top of that they can't make a bagel for the life of them how is a bagel freezing cold and my hash brown cold on top of that hard ? They are lazy and I will be going to a different Tim's from now on. New management asap

I would like to give big shout out to juel I came at night around 3 o’clock and I was craving for Tim bits and tea and he gave me the Tims and tea. I drove all the way from Dunlop Street. He is the best guy.

Great experience at this location! Spotlessly clean, mobile order was prepared exactly as ordered and the two staff I interacted with were polite, friendly and conscientious. We’ll make this our go-to Timmy’s again for our cottage drive.

Ordered a BLT and Bacon Farmers Wrap, BLT had no bacon and farmers wrap had no hash brown. I went in, multiple people were told and all just laughed. I heard an employee say “what even is a BLT”. I don’t think one person there knows what they’re doing. Once they stopped laughing, they made me new items and gave a half-assed apology. Not sure why I bother with Tim Hortons anymore.

I just ordered this morning, I came in with a group of 6 and we all ordered drinks and food. Everyone got their orders and I got my drink within 15 minutes. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes (so in total 35) for my food. I asked about it at the 15 min mark and was told it was coming but it took forever. 35 minutes for a croissant sandwich is crazy 😭 Never had this happen at a tim’s before

Just ordered around 8:39 am & was so busy which I understand but person at the cash name Jasmine is not that customer friendly. Asked about 4 orders of hot drinks (1 is missing) with no label at all & need to open to know which one is coffee which one is hot chocolate but got a not so happy facial expression. Working at customer service needs patience & busyness should not affect the service.

Service was terrible and extremely slow if I could list half a star i definitely would..I had to repeat our order 3 times over the speaker and they still managed to screw up the order my coffee tasted burnt and there was no sugar at all.. overall terrible service
