Ordered my usual, an iced coffee made with almond milk. Got the coffee, it’s clearly regular milk (nearly white in colour). Go in, he insists it’s almond milk in the drink and refuses to remake it.It’s a dietary restriction… it’s like someone with a peanut allergy deliberately served something with peanuts on it and it being denied to be fixed.We go to this Tim Hortons on a weekly basis, might be reassessing.

I was helped by Om today and he was very accommodating! I ordered a London fog with honey but I found it too sweet. He was very quick to make me another drink that I liked better. He has a friendly smile and is good at his job. Give that guy a raise!

Mom really wanted to try the famous ice cap. Well she said it tasted nasty. Turns out this Tim Horton's doesn't know how to make the ice cap. This is like coffee with some ice. Bitter and nasty. Also it seems the staff doesn't even know what's on their own menu. Wife tried to order wedges / fries and they didn't know what that was. Also wife tried to get a drink with alternative milk and they claim they don't do that (on a subsequent visit they have alt milks listed on their menu).

Very upset I went to drive thru had a very bad experience i just left without my large ice cap. Never will return sorry to say this online. If they refunded me I would of been happier go somewhere

I did like their consistency, coffee is always good as well as the donuts and other deserts. Their food is not bad given the price you pay for it.At this specific location there were flies inside the place. It was uncomfortable having to shoo them from our food.The servers at the counter weren't much of a greeter but order takers instead, they weren't rude either but the why not be polite?Also one of employees was apparently taking a work brake at the customer tables (face buried on the phone screen, chatting with co-workers at the counter that is at least 2 meters away), nothing bad with that I suppose, but if I were their manager I'd never allow that, not at the customer area that is.

Ridiculous staff, i am a skip the dishes driver and went to the restaurant to pick up the order, they were running out of the products, so they called customer and told them to just call the skip the dishes and say like( they never received the order so they will get refund) so basically they were hiding there mistake by putting the blame on skip driver,In addition to that there were no any manager on duty who can handle this situation, funnyyyTime was 4:15 pm,
