Do not go there they don’t have any food and when we ask for something they says it took 25 to 30 minutes. Today morning at 9 we ask for omlete bits and they says it took more then expected time. Staff is not Coustome friendly.

So I have to sort of chuckle, as we were in Barrie for the weekend. We visited this location 4 times and every time our orders were wrong. Sometimes we'd get bacon on our bagels out of the blue and other orders would be missing cheese.It became a game of what can they get wrong... and each time it was something different. We laughed about it, it is just a Tim's after all. But if you are particular about your food - perhaps choose a different location. Otherwise enjoy the mystery of what you may receive.(Still would go back)

I have been avoiding posting a bad review because I work at Tim Hortons and can understand a lot of the common mistakes. However after two days in a row of being out of mandatory food items, getting disrespect from their management ( I have the name ), and over and over again getting my order taken wrong I have to share my experience with Tim Hortons Livingston Barrie. Do not go here, you will face many inconveniences and mistakes.

It's the second time I get here, and the same guy took my order, a mature guy, maybe a supervisor, first time he was mad and everyone can tell, second time same face and same attitude, looks like he is making you a favor all the time, he is not a customer service person, makes me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to go

Got my order wrong, got the correction wrong which was surprising, staff then fought with me about being upset. Terrible customer service, terrible experience all together which is sad as I live around the corner and used to go here once a day.

Store is supposed open at 5, sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with a line of car and nobody came on the box at all even to say they were closed.This used to be my favourite timmies and after many bad experiences we may stop coming here all together.
